Samuel Goldwyn Take On 'Fugitive Pieces'

Samuel Goldwyn has picked up U.S. rights to "Fugitive Pieces," the lit adaptation that opened September's Toronto Film Festival. A May release is planned.
Produced by Robert Lantos ("Eastern Promises"), "Pieces" revolves around a Polish writer haunted by his experiences as an orphaned child during WWII. The cast includes Stephen Dillane, Rade Sherbedgia and Rosamund Pike.
