Ultimate Alliance's format is too limiting. What I would like to see is something like Hulk: Ultimate Destruction's open environment, but with that crazy-uber power scales that you see in the video. Obviously they'll go for something like that anyway, but it's an MMO so it's won't be as fluid as, say, the Hulk or Spider-Man games. So I'd actually rather see them do this without multiplayer, or at least focus as much on single as multi.
