That win was PIS/CIS to the highest degree.

Namor scraps with Thor, Hulk, and Blue Marvel. Then Thing beats him while underwater? It seemed to be the fish knocked him out somehow, and he was flying out of the water while Ben was walking out. If they go round 2, Ben needs to get his shit pushed in and the writers need to stop giving the Avengers wins just because they're supposedly in the right.

Please post any other battle between The THING and Namor that was showed by the end of it Namor being head and shoulders the victor. They've fought a hundred times and it hasn't happened yet.

BTW this a RESPECT thread so I'm not sure how much Ben's shit needs to be pushed in, in here... Just say'n.

They both should have been throwing down at least 95-100mph easy and it should have been a full armored truck not a car. IMO yes

Considering some of the stuff Namor has accomplished in the past, I was thinking more like an asteroid the size of Manhattan at mach 50

First of all, this is a respect thread.

Second of all, Thing has a good record matching Namor, dismissing consistent showings such as those over the course of years by claiming PIS isn't valid.

Third, it was clobbering time.

Putting aside all the bs about who was jobbing and who should have won Marvel seems incapable of writing a decent scrape anymore.

Magneto vs. Iron Man was quite good.

That is not enough to counter Odin headbutting Galactus but I mean in general they are few and far between.

Ben got the better of Namor during the tussle, was never close to being hurt and had immobilized Namor long enough to be able walk out of the ocean. If Namor was still in the fight he would have continued his attack as Ben was slowly walking his way out along the ocean floor. He didn't... Hence he lost.

Cause MARVEL says so.

Either he got tail whipped or some rock hit him. Hard to say.

I think that fish got the better of him. Ben just took advantage of the fact that namor was momentarily stunned by something that had nothing to do with him. He also couldn't have been immobilized too long since they left the water at the same time.

I have a feeling Namor is going to lay a beating on Ben in round #2. Hope I'm wrong.

I believe that Ben is just evolving into a tougher character; he's continually getting stronger throughout all of his attributes. His hide is getting more durable, his endurance is getting higher and he's getting physically stronger as well. I think that Ben over the past few years has been brought into the next level of head crackers in MARVEL. It was only a matter of time. He was always just below the top dogs in strength. But, I believe he's now of that ilk.

He's not the man but... You get the drift. I'm hoping that he shows it against Colossonaut. We'll see.
