Post any showings where Surfer has significantly affected a high herald with his blasts.

With Bill, Surfer initially stunned him with the board, which makes the punches more effective.

Funny thing is Thing can do a lot of the things Surfer did. Thing fought Hulk and Namor competitively before.

I posted the ENTIRE fight with Surfer vs Tenebrous and his retarded sister so that H1 could see the context. It's not like I went partial scans here. Every scan I posted did not exclude anything from the fight minus the Morg.
Nah, it's been shown time and again if you don't control the rings, the gauntlet doesn't amps you much. Dr Doom with IG was overpowered by some of his own creations.
It's not much of a feat if all Surfer did was blow Rune's hand off as Rune is a vampire and Surfer gets his powers from starlight.

God Cable has part of his power divided, plus he doesn't have high herald durability anyway.
His blasts did nothing to T and A.
His strongest blasts did minimal damage to Ravenous.
If Surfer blasts Thor for 5 seconds then what do you think would happen?
