The interesting thing about Mystic form is it didn't seem to require effort in powering up, it didn't use up endurance, and it didn't require or put him into a battle rage. I wouldn't be surprised if SSJ3 and Mystic were fairly close in absolute power level terms, but Mystic is without a doubt *better*. Gohan should win.
