Relax, Frank Castle. I know this hits close to home, man, but this kind of post on the internet could result in criminal prosecution if you take any actions to make it happen.

It would depend on the timing. I'd likely run out of money to live on waiting for her to have a sufficient vulnerability. I couldn't do something like just pop out with a gun and shoot her, I'd want to make sure she really suffered first.
