If you canadian migit lovers still think that Spiderman won't win, fine. None of us are budgeing at this point, so let's just end this with an agreement that in the middle of their fight, they get interupted by venom and Omega red teaming up, and they all fight eachother.

It's funny you should say that. If you've noticed recently, Spiderman has been passing out a lot from blood loss or something similar lately.
It's not because he's weak. We've all seen him take so much more than that. He's actually going through changes right now, ones that are essential to the upcoming story arc.

Seeing as there has been no irrefutable proof that 1 will defenatly beat the other. I used the opinions of people, like we were voting in a poll... like in a democracy....
