depends on if this guys arms are webbed up as well. if you web him in the face he is going to be disorientated for a second or two. thats more than enough time to web up his whole arms.............

I'll agree to that. but keep in mind the "kick start" to his healing factor has allowed him to recover after a couple days of being in a state of death, so it's presumable that as soon as he was allowed room to breath his body might start up again.
thats a good point but all thats needed to win this fight is a knockout, not a kill. Spidey could very well suffocate Logan. H e might "die" then come back as a result of his healing but its still a win for spidey.........

which I agree to completely... I however don't feel that winning by suffocation is going to be easy for spiderman in the least. wolverine won't exactly be standing there with his mouth wide open and NOT swinging his claws.. the chances that spiderman can suffocate him are WAYYYYYYY slimmer than him getting ONE decent shot in on spiderman IMO.

whilst I respect your opinion I don't think that spidey's chances of pulling it off are that slim when we are talking about an opponent with superhuman speed. Spidey can dodge all of Doc Ock's tentacles and plant a little webbing on his face. Whilst Wolverines no slouch in the speed department, and he was fast in the fight in Berlin, I still think that spidey has a huge speed advantage when you compare wolverine to people like Doc Ock.............

daredevil has outsped doc ock before too... it's not that impressive...
the thing is doc ock doesn't see bullets coming at him in slow motion.. wolverine does.. spiderman tagging dock ock in the face isn't quite impressive for an example of him doing the same to wolverine.
in either case what's to stop wolverine from cutting through the webbing has it comes at him or cutting it off with a "faster than the eye can register" swipe...?
