The thing is, because of Spider Sense, Spiderman knows where it will be before it's shot. So in essence, he makes the guy miss. It's a conscious thing, and will work without fail. So it really amounts to the same thing, in the end.

it was NEVER stated that wolverine had physical upgrades.. he WAS however stated to have telepathic failsafes making a TK attack totally in-effective.. and they worked....
aside from that... no there are rerely any matches between wolverine and hulk that actually get finished... though we're given a pretty clear indication who would win at one point or another..

hulk almost turning wolverine's face into pancake mix in 6 hours...)

look as we've been oever a thousand friggin times before.. spiderman MAY be able to dodge and weave around logan for a little while but spiderman's going to lose stamina, WOLVERINE will not... he'll maintain...
and every inch will be important... while dd wasn't exhausted he wasn't 100% peak either.. he's got even less stamina then spiderman so of course spiderman will keep his advantage.. the same isn't true vs. wolverine...

Actually it proves that Spidey can one-up Daredevil, who is far more agile and better reflexes, and quicker thinker than Wolverine.
And the second one proves that even at point blank Spideys too fast for a gun to hit him.
So to answer your question, it proves that Wolverine doesn't have as much of a clean win as you may have thought.
first off... venom's about 2 to 3 times stronger than spiderman...

third wolverine weighs a good bit more than spiderman does..
As for hurting himself: Since we're assuming each battle is seperate, I don't think it's gonna matter. Wolverine is a one-punch wonder in this fight. And it's not like it matters if Spidey hurts himself, it's gonna hurt Wolverine a lot more.
On top of that, he can just hit him in the stomache, chest, or neck where the bones are covered by muscle. It'll hurt Spidey a lot less and Logan a lot more.
We just need a ****ing comic.
"Wolverine vs Spider-Man"
Both current, 616 characters. Both written by whoever knows them best and both written without any other fan input, as well as written like their life or loved ones are on the line. Meaning Spideys not gonna make a joke and end up taking a hit he should've dodged, and Wolverines not gonna get cocky and end up knocked out too early.
Then we'll at least have a baseline for how ONE fight would go.

Okay, you're quoting from something that Mark Millar wrote in Marvel Knights? Yeah, his whole run was crap! Are you gonna say that Enemy of the State wasn't PIS as well? Both of those runs were beyond a load of garbage, and here's why:
Eddie Brock going back to being suicidal. Why is that crap? Because during Planet of the Symbiotes, Venom reconciled with himself what had been done in his past, and that he was going to move on to something better. Secondly, if Eddie Brock didn't want to do any more wrong with the symbiote, he wouldn't f*cking sell it. He'd kill the damn thing. Thirdly, his other option would be to leave killing behind, which wouldn't be too far beyond his reaches. So, that entire line should be credited as Plot Induced Stupidity, and not matter in any of these debates. Mark Millar's stint as a Spider-Man writer was a bad attempt at bringing the silver age back to popularity with a revamp, and he failed miserably. Guys like Electro should have stayed embarassments.
I think it's during the first ten issues. The whole series was crap. Marvel got a new writer for it, and renamed it Spectacular Spider-Man, rebooting the series and everything. To be honest, they realized that Millar wasn't good with Spider-Man because he had a villain bias. There was a HUGE backlash when Eddie slit his wrists. I don't think he's dead, but the fact that someone attempted to kill him off is stupid. His making Electro a bisexual had a big backlash too, considering many people didn't think that he needed to be to be more edgy. Bendis, however, turned him back into a wuss for New Avengers. I was happy. Can't stand Electro.

It's funny you bring that up for a reason why Spidey dodging Electro being PIS. Considering, you know, it's quite clear Spidey thought Aunt May was in danger, and you didn't show one scene before or after the fight. Almost as if you picked around Spidey kicking the crap out of Electro and decided to pick him hitting Spidey at point blank.

Stamina? How the hell is that relevant to a speed of a person who just started a confrontation. Don't tell me they are exhausted from fighting for hours end when that happened.
And no, stamina won't prevent you from getting away from getting webbed up or knocked out by a person who outclass you in every physical category with the exception of that and durability.
