1. I am not talking about straight up strength. I am talking about the whole package. Spider-man is stronger faster and more agile. His abilities allow him to get the heads up on his abilities and move out of harms way, where he can ambush, lead them into a trap or just pound on them anyway he can think of. I am not going to say he is smarter than wolverine since they are both smart in their own way. And yes depending on the environment, Spidey could best Cyclops in a large area, or the city.

2. How do you defend Wolverine against Juggernaut. Juggernaut would own Wolvie, realistically I would argue Jug could kill him. At least, Spidey stands a chance in the city, he is smart enough to come up with something to fight or slow down the Jug. So I would say Spidey does better, atleast in the city or a big open space. Especially since the Jug is not as fast, agile or can jump as high as the Hulk.

I'm not gonna argue Hulk cause Wolvie has done better, but its the Hulk, know one can best the Hulk. I'd say that at-least Spidey could run away unlike Wolverine. Then the Venom part is arguable. Ultimate Venom would kill own Ultimate Wolverine, and Wolverine did not do to well in Spider-man Web of Shadows against the symbiotes. All Im gonna say.

Spider-man has taken on the whole X-men by himself. And Logan is a part of the X-men. That is all I am saying, think about it.

Wolverine has yet to defeat Venom, Spider-man has defeated Venom many times. Spider-man has also straight up KOed Hulk.
