It does when Spider-man unleashes it fully. I think he can control the output by fooling around with the nozzle. He can cover Blob up in seconds he can cover up Wolverine too. As you can see in scan, Spider-man's only aiming at Logan's one hand, not at his body or anything. From what I remember about that incident, is that Spider-man was exactly prepared to fight Wolverine there.
Mind telling me what exactly KOs Hulk there? Wolverine sure as hell isn't doing any damage to him, from the looks of it. All I can think is that the snow blocked his airways or something. Or maybe the Hulk just got tired and went to sleep. Then again, neither Wolverine of Spider-man should have any business KOing Hulk.

You're right neither should KO Hulk, even if its Grey Hulk. I reckon it should be an even split between Pete and Logan

Also the scan of Spidey getting stabbed does not count, because he was not trying, he was just goofing around. He did not think his own teammate would actually try to kill him.

Sure he is. Perhaps on the larger scan you'd notice drops of blood (first panel). Hulk can't get tired. It must have been the injuries and - as you said - lack of oxygen. Logan dug his way out of the snow. Hulk reverted back to Banner.
I mean, this scenario at least was better than seeing Hulk KOed by a truck in one panel...

High feats for Wolverine are the two times he was hit with and survived a nuke, when he regenerated 99% of his body after Nitro incinerated it in a few minutes and when he fell into a vat of molten metal and climbed out... not fighting Spider-man... not even fighting Namor. Shrugging of Spider-man's blows is a low end feat and shrugging of Namor's is a middleground feat. A full strength form Spider-man is like a cool spring breeze compared to some of the stuff Wolverine has shrugged off.
