its b/c bio's and especially websites with character stats arent perfect usually they leave out entire sections of ones ability and rarely if ever do they mirror what a character has bn shown to do in comics..
they are mostly a general guide lines to give you a general idea of the character but it does not give you an accurate description..
example:
thunderstrike bio's has had him at 30 ton strength and the body and strength of an average asgardian,. we who read comics was an utter mistake since he has shown in comics to be peer to hercules, maxam, tiger shark and other heavy hitters and has his strength commented on. then later down the road another bio comes out and he is listed as a lvl 6 or 7 completely changing the BS bio that had him at only 30 tons.
same with other characters as well i believe they had fred dukes as only 40 tons but he in comics is significantly stronger then those numbers matching strength with colossus and hulk..
a bio is good to give you a general idea but at the end of the day the comic stories is where it is at.
