okay. Very interesting. Now, TIME TO TEAR THEM UP!

1.) Sister thing, unproven, can't say much on that. So until they say that Hermione has a sister, you can throw that one right out the window.

2.) WE DO NOT KNOW WHAT JAMES AND LILY'S JOBS WERE! No jumping to conclusions there, though we will find out what they did in the next book. Throw that part right out the window! Also I see Harry still unsure of what he wants to do, correct? He said auror, but he might not keep to it. He might go to play Quidditch. Hermione, we have no clue what the hell she wants to do.

3.) Remeber people, Hermione is very good with magic and probably can do a lot of spell and charms at N.E.W.T. level. So we can't jump to conclusions with the wand unless we find out what Lily's and Hermione's were made up of.

4.) EVERYONE KNOWS HARRY BY HIS EYES! Ok, people, everyone (and I am still wondering why) knows that Harry has his mothers eyes. Everyone says the usual the first thing, you have your mothers eyes. That's also how most people can recognize him. So, unless Lily is a **** or something of the sort, we can throw that one right out the window. Also, Lily was kind to Lupin because she treated him like a normal person, not like someone who will go and kill her because he is a Were-Wolf.

5.) Okay, so they go back in time. Wow. Go into a diary, go back to get to class. It is stuff just to help the plot move along. Also, Ron would have gone with Harry and Hermione back in time if he hadn't broken his leg. (I will also like to ask where they do the cord around their necks at weddings. I never seen that.)

5.) First, they all have been in Gringots! So mark that Goblin thing out. And they all are around Prof. Flitwick, throw that out too. So until you find how they work with Goblins, this one is destroyed. (I can't cut down the house elf nor Centuars.) So this theory can be thrown right out the window.

Edited: I will also like to say I will start doing the same theories with Harry/Ginny later. I'm tired and want to sleep at the moment. Night... morning... afternoon............. I don't know what time it is so you choose.

Edited: Pumpkinpie and anyone else, before you say I didn't do anything to your first post, Pumpkinpie saying I had nothing to destroy that, your wrong. I just saw it, and will tear it up once I wake up, ok? No worries. I will shred it to peices.

Oh, I couldn't sleep and stuff.

History Repeats Itself. It's a cliche which, in a lot of cases, even in real life, happens. One such example is the EDSA revolution, which happened twice in the Philippines, successfully bringing down 2 presidents. As for the Harry Potter book series? It happened in the Chamber of Secrets. But there's also one big possibility of James & Lily Potter, repeating in Harry & Hermione.

Yes, I know Lily had long red hair. That's why H/G fans argue that this is how history would repeat itself. But people, let's look further than hair color, now, shall we? Lily has long, red, but wavy hair (as seen in the SS movie). If not for the color, that'd be referring to Hermione. Next is that Lily is the bookish type, sticking faithfully to her study habits. Lupin did stress as to how brilliant and gifted Lily was (ring any bells?). Lily & Hermione's personalities somewhat coincide, being that they both have an air of superiority about them.

James had brown eyes while Lily had green eyes. Harry has green eyes while Hermione has brown eyes. Except for the switch, there's a similarity.

Both James & Lily resided in Gryffindor, as do Harry & Hermione. Rumor has it that James was almost put in Slytherin (since he was pureblood & he had the attitude to go) and Lily, being as smart as she was, was almost put in Ravenclaw. In the first book, the sorting hat was going to put Harry in Slytherin but Harry whispered "Not Slytherin!" and so he was put in Gryffindor. In OOTP, we learn that the sorting hat had wanted to put Hermione in Ravenclaw because of her smarts but it finally decided to put her in Gryffindor.

James was the Gryffindor Seeker in his time...at least, that's what the SS movie tells us (in JK's site, she said James was a chaser...well, she did put a scene in OOTP where James was catching a snitch so it was probably too late to point out the previous fact). At present, Harry is Gryffindor's Seeker. Lily was not in any mentioned sport as well as Hermione. This disputes the H/G claim (as previously stated) since Ginny is a member of the Gryffindor team.

Okay, the first three paragraphs I can't say anything because history will repeat itself and the only thing I have against it is the hair. Hermione has bushy hair, Lily doesn't. Now, down to destroying the rest. You can't put in rumors over your theories because you can't back yourself up that way. Without proof James was almost put into Slytherin you can't say much there. Lily almost being put into Ravenclaw is also a rumor. REMEMBER! RUMORS AREN"T PROVEN TRUE! Okay and the last thing, about that, that doesn't prove Harry Hermione nor Harry Ginny. But, and I don't want to start the Harry Ginny thing right now, I will do it later, but Harry is Seeker, Ginny played seeker. Yadda yadda you get the picture with that.

I will start working on the Harry Ginny now and post it hopefully soon.

And something for Harry being pureblood, quote from GoF:

(Hagrid) "Yeh know what I'd love, Harry? I'd love yeh ter win, I really would. It'd show'em all.. yeh don' need ter be pureblood ter do it."

Just something to go against whatever statement was said about Harry being pureblood, though I will connect Harry to James for how they act and how they are. Imma shut up because I am leaking out what I am going to post later for Harry/Ginny.

No, JKR says that on her website, which we know to be the only reliable source of information. So yes, JKR was planning on writing a sister for Hermione but never got around to it. So if thats important or not I don't know. But some of those points did make very good sense, nice essays pumpkinpie.
Also, Ginny said that she liked chaser better then seeker, and wanted to change positions next year. So I don't think her being the replacement seeker holds much importance...

She wanted to change for Harry.

and you know this how? anyway after re-watching PoA i now officially very f***** upset at ron...he said they might have to chop off his leg in the PoA.. be was so flirting with hermione! which potential irritates the hell out of me...ugh... another thing is hermione was sorta clingy to harry in the PoA besides the fact that she held rons hand(which might i say an accident because the way she looked at ron afterwards she just jumped because harry could have gotten hurt hell i would have jumped to and grabbed the nearest person to me) and the time she hugged X( ron.... which by the way means absolutely nothing! she was sad he was her friend it was a friendly matter...

You know Emma Watson has hinted a bit for Ron and Hermione? But the again she did the same for Harry and Hermione so that doesn't really help much. And trust me, Ginny knows Harry wants to be seeker (even though she caught it too) and she will step aside for Harry.

And I am going to repeat myself, Harry is most likely going to end up with Hermione. I admitted it before and I am doing it again. But I am supporter for Harry/Ginny all the way through and after we find out who he is with.

She was grateful, wasn't she? She smiled, she was happy Ron noticed. Uhh... I don't want to say it, but Rogue that was a really childish comment... People like it when people notice they have something new. She was grateful that Ron noticed, and Ron noticed first. Think about people...

It was a simple question. I'm not sure where you get the "childish" part from, but it was a simple question. That's it. Furthermore, just because Hermione was grateful that someone noticed her sparkling teeth, that means what exactly? I'm not sure if that's evidence of the Ron and Hermione thing. I think Hermione was grateful that someone noticed her teeth just because she was really proud of them. Who wouldn't be? But yeah, I think in the end that Harry will end up with Hermione as well.

I'm getting kinda tired of fighting over this shipping thing now... I think I will take a small vacation from KMC.

Edited: Been on too much anyway. See ya'll around in a week or so.

Have a nice Vacation Nightcrawler. I will also admit that this arguing about shipping does seem a bit pointless, seeeing as we know that no one will change their opinions. Once we all read HBP we can come back here and argue away!

^^^ I agree. Now I leave you all. And thanks KKdave, I will try and enjoy it. I'm just happy to get away from the computer for once.

Edited: You guys will see me hovering around every so and so, so don't think I am not watching what you all say.

Edited edited: You will be seeing my name here, I am not logging out. So you will never know when I will be on or not. Muhahahahahaha. 😉

lol okay.....

😆 Hmm... so we can't talk trash about you when you're gone huh? lol, well now who are we going to argue with? Maybe we can just all co-exist in perfect hermony... seeing as there should be mostly harry and hermione shippers in here now. Excellent.... 😖hifty:

H/Hr all the way.

Yeah I like H/HR too. But KKdave, I think you're frustrated because it's the same people trying to prove there point and such. But that's okay too. I'm sorry you're upset, but if you don't want to post here anymore, that's fine too.

Okay, a few questions cuz I'm not in this thread all the time. dark1365, what do you like best about Hermione and Harry together? I've always liked the fact that Hermione depends on Harry a lot. I'm interested in the other ships too, what do you like best about your ship?

I'm not angry at all, but i guess I'm just a little annoyed because, yes, the same people keep saying that myself (and all other h/hr shippers) are wrong. But since the new book isn't out we dont really have any new evidence to show them, and all the old quotes they just say don't mean anything, or that they've heard them before. So I guess it's just a little hard to try to prove my point to people that won't listen. but whatever, I can deal 😄 More then anything I want book 6, and posting here helps me deal with the wait. I'm like an addict or something crazy

Oh I understand what you're saying and I can see how things would get old. With book 6 coming out in 18 days! (yes people, 18 days! We're gonna have to have a party or somthing) I'm excited too!

wow full of hhr here hehehe

hey nightcrawler have a nice vacation, me too I'm having a little bit of time visiting here bec. of school nyweiz hello guys]

happy hhr

18 days?! Aw crap I have to finish the fanfic by then.

I support H/Hr because it is more realistic, if not more stable, than R/H. "The Hero Always Gets the Girl"(unless she or the hero's killed) in this case; no matter what the opposition say, the hero always gets with the girl. I have yet to see a single movie, read a single book, and watch a TV show without the hero getting the girl.

Another reason is that they're more likely to have a stronger relationship. Ron and Hermione bicker all the time. Apparently they're hiding their feelings for each other, but look at their age, they're 15! Not 11. They shouldn't be doing those type of things. The slightest argument, even if its over a homework dispute, would probably send the relationship spiralling chaotically.
Harry on the other hand, is a lot more heartfelt toward his own friends, and only get mad at them if they're angry back at him. In this case, Ron getting angry at him in GoF.
The way he treats Hermione is a lot more different than Ron's, even if they are only friends, Harry not considering it any more than being just friends. Ron on the other hand, treats her a little worse than Harry sometimes, even though he's supposed to be having a crush on her. For example: Harry suggested that they apologize to Hermione after he got the Firebolt back....Harry assuring Hermione that he doesn't think she's ugly...etc.
