i sort of agree with u, ive finally had to face reality and jump off the matrix band wagon, no they didnt suck, but yes im very annnoyed at makers of movie like htis which make a fantastic movie as the first and just loose it on the last 2, there was so much potnential.

oh well just more time to watch lotr, i seen last one 5 times, noiw thats a trilogy

They were both major letdowns.

i've seen plenty of good movies that did not win awards! That doesn't mean all good movies win awards! that's just crazy! If every movie that deserved an award got one, then what would be the point?? Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and usually when someone comes into a fan based forum such as this one, that would like the person who just said that their movies sucked, to explain why said person though they sucked.

oh and still haven't said why you didn't like the movies? I like to hear why someone did not like something, as you can see, i'm becoming an author and want to know what people like and dislike so i my books can be read and appreciated by a wide range of people.

Just ignore them. I think these movies were one of the best trilogies I've seen. LOTR is a fantastic trilogy also but they each have their pros and cons. 😮‍💨

Please, people that did not like the Matrix, give your reasons...

ok first of i LOVED the first two films they were fantastic 👆
But the third one for me was a major let down i am sorry to say this but it was

i feel if they were from a franchise we knew nothing about, we would all think they were great. We all expected too much. That first trailer they showed of the sequals at Star War II totally screwed it up. It looked so promising, but they were good. We just expected perfection and the bar was way to high.

black_mamba01, you've gotta give a reason for that, not just say that when you join. People (and Mods) frown upon that greatly. I didn't see anything wrong with them.

Doesn't anyone realize this?! They planned all of this from the start!!!

As soon as the Wachowskies got on a plane from Japan to the USA, they started drawing on this little yellow peice of paper, Sentinels! They talked about the whole thing that day! ALL of it!

From the start, they planned to make a trilogy, with the Animatrix, and the video game. It wasn't that the first Matrix was soooo good, they made a trilogy out of it. It was all planned!

So, it isn't that it's just all sequals suck.

it was planned from the start. They didn't tell any of the actors that it might be a trilogy, until they started, sooooooo.

Them planning from the start has nothing to do with the movies sucking or not.

well you have gut's for posting that in this forum......but i liked em, just becuase neo didnt fight a million smith's in revolution's was a major reason for many hating the movie.

Burly Brawl should've been left to the third movie, with a Superbrawlish fight in Reloaded.. just the total destruction's left until #3.
