Juggernaut or The Hulk?

The fact of the matter is that Hulk (even WITH Apocalypse's aid) has never knocked out or rendered Juggernaut unconcious.

The fact of the matter is that while the unconscious element is something to include, it's not the sole basis of this thread, nor is it the only thing this fight will come down to.

found this intersting little bit somewhereon the net

'There have been several instances in the past where Hulk has not only spent extended periods of time underwater without breathing, but he has also moved his mouth and spoken beneath the waves. Until recently, this was unexplained.

However, in Incredible Hulk v3 #77 it is finally learned that the Hulk has the power to develop a gland that can create an oxygenated perfluorocarbon emulsion that filled Hulk's lungs, allows him to breathe and move his mouth as if he was speaking, even though his words are apparently still inaudible to the naked ear. It is possible this gland does not always develop during every transformation, since there are times when Hulk has been unable to breathe underwater.

Or, certain incarnations of the Hulk may not be aware of this gland and have not utilized it, presuming they could not breathe underwater. However, this is still mere speculation"

also,The size and strength of Banner's lungs, like the rest of his body, are increased when he transforms into the Hulk. On a single good inhalation of air, Hulk can last hours--perhaps even days--without needing to take another one. This makes it possible for him to spend an extended period of time in outer space, or under the ocean. The Hulk has also used his lung capacity as an offensive weapon in several instances by inhaling, and then blowing the air back out at high speeds.

so this actually means that the whole throwing him in outerspace thing is complelty out the window

I imagine that'd be like smacking a normal man across the neck with a really stale baguet.

Besides, the only time Juggernaut has even been injured that I know of is during the Onslaught saga which was ludicrous. How can somebody be beat to near death when they don't need flesh or organs to survive?

He doesn't need food, air or water. There's nothing said about him not needing organs. At least not that I've read.

If Juggernaut can be telepathically attacked, that means he has a brain. If he has a brain, that means he's got to have other organs. If he can go down from a brain attack, that means his brain needs to function like any other organ he has. it wouldn't make sense that he needs a working brain but not other working organs.

Well, apparantly you must've forgotten Juggernaut: One Shot. You might know the one, where all his flesh was mystically removed, to the bone, yet he was still talking and fighting.😉

"Well, apparantly you must've forgotten Juggernaut: One Shot. You might know the one, where all his flesh was mystically removed, to the bone, yet he was still talking and fighting."

The one where his helmet was actually his skull? The triangle shaped skull?

Coz we all know Juggernaut was first, human. If I were a Juggernaut fan I'd be calling "Bad writing" right now.

-AC

D'spayre completely obliterated him, he was all like
"What a fool... My god!"
"No one can stop The Juggernaut!"

There he was, his body was a skeleton, and he still had his helmet on, everything else was gone, skeleton, skull, helmet.

He beat the ^$$@ out of d'spayre, even at half power.

💃

In accordance to my last post...

Someone wanna mind telling me how the hulk will survive if hes stripped of all his organs and flesh, just like juggey was?

Wait? He wont survive?

Hmmm...

"There he was, his body was a skeleton, and he still had his helmet on, everything else was gone, skeleton, skull, helmet."

His skull was helmet shaped. Juggernaut has a human head. Explanation please.

As for Hulk not surviving being stripped of all that, maybe he would, maybe he wouldn't.

Juggernaut couldn't do that if he wanted to anyway, so it doesn't matter.

-AC

well i can say that this thread wont have a winner!

Keep on fighting boys

c'mon alpha even you must admit that that whole triangular helmet thing was nothing more than an artist's rendition, you cant possibly think that his head was also triangular.

"c'mon alpha even you must admit that that whole triangular helmet thing was nothing more than an artist's rendition, you cant possibly think that his head was also triangular."

I don't, hence my questioning.

Most of you are so lucky I'm anti-bad writing claims. Coz if I wasn't and I was one of you, I'd be screaming it right now. Triangular skull, hahaha. A talking skeleton Vs The Hulk. Bahahaha and additional ha's.

The point was "Oh Juggernaut can survive like that." Regardless of if Hulk could or not, he aint getting it done to him in a fight VS Juggernaut. So it's redundant.

you know what else is "redundant"?? thinking that hulk is actually going to hurt juggernaut when he hasnt at any level of power, or at any level of anger in the past. nor would he be able to move juggernaut -WHEN HE DIDNT WANT TO MOVE-.
