Juggernaut or The Hulk?

Started by Tron486 pages

Also, at one point, when Juggernaut was down to less than half his power while sharing it with Black Tom, he held Rogue by the throat in one hand while beating off Colossus with the other. Just food for though.😉

hahaha....obviously, but thats not point...I was saying it looked like Hulk hurt him when he hit Jugs in the stomach and he fell to his knees...and in all the other pictures his "unstoppability" looked over rated

Oh, I edited it and put something else, I got what you were saying, lol.

but what do u think about the pictures?

Hulk's writer (or one of) has admitted that Hulk couldn't hurt Juggernaut.
Stunning him, knocking him over, is not the same as injuring him. He was never bruised, bloodied, broken, he never showed any injury, he was never knocked out. He showed expressions of what could be pain (but that's something he doesn't feel so that's doubtful) or surprize.

Facts to consider, Adamantium can cut Hulk, but not Juggernaut. And as we know.. adamantium can cut anything that isn't indestructible. Anything it can't cut is therefore.. not capable of being damaged by physical means.

thats right, it only -looked- like he was hurt. when he has been hurt ( by magics or some other thing) he usually screams in pain (just like hulk did when he was hurt).

he is afterall human and does have a human reaction to being hit. it may cause some uncomfortability or force air out of his lungs hence the "umphs" or other things. but it still causes no physical damage to him what so ever.

also in the 404 issue you posted, it has been stated several times, that the writer himself admited hulk did no damage (because the jug fans were asking about it) thats why he added the backlash in to keep juggernaut down.

Doc Sampson's still in one piece too but no one said he' invulnerable or unstoppable...he got punched in the stomach and fell to his knees in the first pic

hulk has also fallen, does that mean he was beat?

seen them, talked about them, you are just posting the ones where hulk had the upper hand.

.....................

there is also another one of hulk setting on his ass after juggernaut *backhands* him and tells hulk he is growing weaker while himself (juggernaut) is growing stronger.

but i cant find it at the moment.

I thought I clearly annalyzed this battle a few pages ago. I am a Juggernaut fan. I like the Juggernaut way more than the Hulk. Regardless, I am still neutral on this fight.

THE FIGHT WOULD END IN A DRAW. THERE IS NO OTHER WAY OF LOOKING AT IT.

It is a *FACT*, FOR THE LAST TIME, that Juggernaut cannot be physically harmed. At the same time, once the Hulk gets angry, The Juggernaut cannot physically harm The Hulk, because his strength would no longer be sufficient. In the end, we have TWO physically unstoppable powerhouses batting away at each other. Hulk has the edge, so he does more of the batting, but regardless, NEITHER ONE OF THEM WILL GO DOWN FOR THE COUNT.

A DRAW. THE END.

QUIT ARGUING OVER WHO WOULD BEAT WHO, BECAUSE ITS IMPOSSIBLE FOR EITHER OF THEM TO WIN IN A SLUGFEST

Juggernautfan...I did not make those pictures, i got if off a site...apparently they had some pannels cut out...here is the part u were talking about i think...I also saw some cool parts of theComic where Hulk kicked Gladiator's ass

about 404...he still fell to his knees, dont try to put all that spin on it "hman reaction"....he got hurt

He did not get hurt. The Juggernaut only weighs 900 pounds. Any of Hulk's hits are going to knock him around. Regardless, the Juggernaut is unharmed, and gets back up.

Obviously a punch from the Hulk is going to move you. It doesn't mean he was hurt though.

Iv'e read the issue of X-men where Jugs landed in Jersey from an Onslaught beating...my question is: Is there a comic that shows them fighting? If so what is the titile and number?

Onslaught and Juggernaut never really "fight"

Basically, Juggernaut shows up and finds Onslaught. Onslaught smacks Juggernaut and Juggernaut goes flying. I think Rogue and Bishop look into the sky and think they see a red comet. Juggernaut lands in Jersey. Apparently "in a coma". Juggernaut goes back again after waking up, and this time, Onslaught pulls the Gem of Cytorrak out of Juggernauts chest and imprisons him inside of it.

Now, after explaining that, I would advise that whenever you are trying to decide things about the Marvel Universe, you exclude the Onslaught story arc. That entire story arc had so many twists and changes that much of it made no sense. A lot of stuff was just made up and changed simply to fit the story. For instance, Onslaught pulled the gem out of Juggernauts chest. The Gem, technically, was never in Juggernauts chest. Juggernaut hurled the gem into space after using it when he got his powers back from Black Tom. So right off the bat, its obvious that Juggernaut was used and his character was changed simply for the Onslaught storyline.

Please, don't use Onslaught storyline as examples, it's too bent up.

You misunderstand, I'm not trying to use it as a counter-argument. I just want to know if a comic exist thats has their encounter. I just want to read it is all. On the other hand you are right. Onslaught was a good idea that was executed poorly.

Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't know you weren't using it as a counter-argument. Regarldess, nobody else should try.

Onslaught arc is probably available at your local comic book store. Just ask for it.

Uncannyxmen.net says the gem came back to Earth and a kid named Stevie was screwing around with it. It didn't turn the kid into Juggernaut though. They were extremely vague about it but it says the gem was infused into Cain's body. Some day that's false but they have a picture of the kid and everything so it must be true!

Uh, yeah he has. He had his eye gouged out by Shatterstar. There was blood, there was screaming in pain. Yes he was healed almost immediately, but the fact remains he CAN be injured, he CAN be bloodied, and he CAN be hurt. That's just the way it is. I really don't see why there is a debate on this. I'm sick of it. NOBODY IS UNSTOPPABLE. PERIOD. Not Jugs, not Hulk, not even the friggin' Living Tribunal. Juggernaut cannot be stopped by any force that is weaker than Cytorrak. Hulk is stronger *or can be*, Thor's powers are stronger. Apparently Onslaught's are stronger. There are plenty stronger. Accept it. That doesn't mean Juggernaut is weak or a loser. He's the strongest villain in the MU, but he CAN be beaten. He just can. Really. It's true.

He can.
