first off spiderman villain also do have superpowers and most of them ARE in fact stronger then spidey,
now batman well none of his enemies are superpowered the only one i know i mud man and maybe bane,oh yah croc too, but thats all. so its easy to get to them in the hand manner.
i wanna see batman defeating green goblin or doctor octopus, he dont even stand a chance, he would be trucidated by carnage if the writtters didnt make carnage a goofy coward coz everyone know his simbio would not be infected by joker virus.

well i said once, if he is manage to get spiderman web, he would make new suit unaderhance to web, and if he get spider tracer, he may find spiderman weakness but as i said once on batman forum. batman still loses 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆

sorry but that is wrong, batman is super inteligent as a investigater and deduction manner, but spiderman is almost as intelligent(some time even showed more inteligent than) as reed richard from fantastic four, who is on marvel universe the MOST intelligent man on earth. so make ur beat i love batman but spiderman wins anyhow.

Spiderman needs to find Batman's Villians. He have a hard time thinking of the Joker's next move(Like the laughing Fish) Or tracking down Twoface's hideout. Maybe he find Bane and Clayface but thats about it.

Batman does some brain solving to finds his villians. Spiderman will set there with a big ? over his head, while the villians do there plans.

spiderman is a easy thug leader (read two face ) tracker , about joker well its agreed he would have a hard time...................but as he manage to find carnage who is at least as mad as joker he would finf joker than his plans

I agree, Spider-Man would probably snap Batmans neck within 5 minutes of the fight. One on one.

Truth is, it's NEVER that simple. We are always given a context for the fight. The context for this fight could be that Batman had studied Spider-Man before, and developed a strategy that would beat him. Another context could be that Batman fought Spidey in an open field, where Spidey proceeded to shup him big style.

Fights like this are usually decided by a context of some sort.

And by the way - the next person that says "Batman can't win he has no superpowers" is going to get castrated.

In this case, it is. Batman is in a different (lower) league than Spider-Man. Everything Batman can do on a physical level, Spider-Man can do also, but faster and stronger.

Saying it depends on the context for the fight is not a valid argument, because it can go either way.

Of course I realize when Batman and Spider-Man are going to beat the crap out of each other, the writers probably will give Batman some advantage, because otherwise, it won't be a fight.
