Batman beats spidey in one area, and that s fighting ability, but too bad bat's is

1. Too slow to hit a pressure point.

2. Too weak to hurt Spidey (when someone knocks you 50 feet in the air and you land hard from it and then u brush it off and get up for more punishment, bats is the least of your problems.)

3. and oh yeah, the spidey sense kinda makes Spidey create his own fighting technique which is matched by none.

4. Bats' moves are easily prdicted by Spidey sense.

5. Bats' all purpose Utility belt doesn't have what it takes to defeat spidy. If a Utility best was all that was needed to beat spidey, he wouldn't be spidey (even though it only matters how u use them, Bat's isn't equiped to deal with a superpowered being on a daily basis. He's ot ready for superman or croc all the time.)

Oh boy, I'm probably sticking my head into a hornet's nest here, but as much as I love the flying rat...I mean, bat, I think Spidey's got him wrapped up in more ways than one.

Batman will still stand there and look cool, dark and mysterious in a brooding way, when Spidey either webs him and takes him on a REAL aerial journey (I can just hear that Bat scream like my little sister), or just gently taps him to sleep. Think the bat has ever been as fast or as high as the spider usually travels?

Oh. My. God. This guy is not human! No, but you are, battieboy.

The only way Bats can win this is with LOTS of preparation time, or in a costume contest. Because let's face it, Batman's costume is WAY cooler (that red and blue has SO been done).

Spidey is faster, stronger, more agile and can endure more punishment. Sure, Batman can trap him and exploit his weaknesses if he studies him, but that's not what this fight is about, now is it? This is meet unexpectedly for the first time and trying to beat the sh*t out of each other.

Being warned by his spider senses, dodging and avoiding everything the bat has to throw at him, there can be only one outcome: A gentle pat on the cheek, to make the bat forget all his woes and fall into a peaceful slumber. And the bat wouldn't even have landed one blow. Sad, but true.

How humiliating, for Batman, it will be to be found hanging all wrapped up in a web from a streetlight in some seedy alley. That's all right, Brucie, you get him next time!

i think the spidey suit beats the whole underwear over tights fiasco, but i'm thinking of certain comic book batman costumes that i happen to see alot

I hate the 'prep time' thing. Anybody can beat anybody with enough prep time. I can beat either one of them if I study their moves and powers and weaknesses long enough. Or I could always say 'can we pause this fight' and go get a bazooka to blow them both away, lol. These fights are always about who would in in a random fight. As for the costume, you think Bats' pointy ears is cool? That cowl is so cheesy looking. Lol, I'd rather dress as Spidey. Although I do like the cape....
