Comparatively speaking, Bee didn't do much, but he did toss Kakashihere.
That said, he has little reason to be in his Bijuu form. The Mazou isn't attacking yet, and there are no other Bijuu on the field.
He should be in V1 or V2 if he needs to use Gyuuki's power.

Eh why? I've already adjusted to the fact that I'm not gonna see eye to eye with them in Naruto. But Tobi does have the most victories of the Naruto villains.

Ok, re-read the chapter, and- what part actually caused his mask to break?
Naruto's speed is high but he needs to work on his taijutsu skill. Gai was definitely better at defending.
Bee strikes me as more useful in his human form in this situation- though also more vulnerable (since he'd be small enough to warp), he's fast, unpredictable, and has weapons all over.

The lightning kunai. Tobi became tangible a bit too quickly in order to kick it at Naruto. It's the only thing that makes sense to me.
And yeah, Bee needs to go human on Tobi. Kakashi should be almost out of it anyway and Bee would honestly be the best person for the job.
