Originally posted by King KandyWell it seems after all that his Chidori still had enough power to block Rasengan from a full-powered Naruto. Cause that makes any sense at all..... Though Naruto said if they fight again. They aren't going to fight, Madara's going to take Sasuke and leave.
I also don't understand why exactly he would die fighting Sasuke. Surely at this point Sasuke should be no match for him, right?
Originally posted by Demonic PhoenixYea, I get it. But it's still not really a new option. More of the same option he already had but different form. 😆
He's planning on letting Sasuke peer further into his heart when they fight again, and he hopes that'll change Sasuke. He knows that talk-no-jutsu won't work anymore.
So he most likely thinks he won't have to die, but IMO, he's ready to die if Sasuke cannot be changed.I guess that top-class ninja shit kinda explains why they can hold long-a** convos during a clash between Chidori and Rasengan.
Why doesn't others have it. I'd like to have seen Zabuza and Kakashi have some long heart to heart when clashing Water Dragon jutsu. lol
I think the whole heart to heart conversing thing only works for Naruto and Sasuke. Everyone else that actually set out to do what they have to do don't waste their time with it.(Besides Kakashi would made fun of Zabuza's soft side the whole time)
Why is it that Madara now just realizes that Kisame is out? Danzou couldn't have been that much of a pain could he(well he probably was)?
Wonder what's in Sasuke's bag of tricks this time;he pulled a hawk out the blue and is able to exert chakra despite having been through a big fight but without any badass character to back him up.
kishi goes out of his way to write off half the akatsuki members with cheesy deaths
Itachi
Kakuzu
Sasori
Kisame-although i kind of felt it was his time to go just not like that
all of these characters he could have helped him during the world ninja war.
Sasori is said to have taken over an entire country on his own and kakuzu has all that battle experience why didnt he use this war to expand on these characters
I never really got why people like Zabuza so much. He really got sappy and not to mention his abilities were really lame! I mean wow he has a big sword and some mediocre jutsu, all of the other mist swordsmen we've seen have been far more impressive. And Haku also didn't impress me much, I guess it's just the power creep of the series.
He could if he had sage mode. No extras activated, and with, what, a minute before Zetsu revealed himself? Largely talking? It's no surprise it went that way.
Yea, if Kakashi and Naruto really wanted to stomp him and were very aggressive they could've, but that wasn't the situation.

Going by the databooks, Zabuza simply had good stats all around. He was sorta like Asuma- no uber jutsu, but generally skilled, and supposedly the best at silent assassinations of pretty much anyone. No Kisame of course, but it wouldn't surprise me if he'd beat the others.
And Haku simply had a truly badass bloodline limit and high speed, but at that point wasn't all that unstoppable. It is worth noting he was pretty much playing around, he didn't wish to kill Naruto and could've easily killed Sasuke.
Originally posted by menokokoroEh I was mostly kidding but there was at least twice that Zabuza could have killed the old man in the first fight if it wasn't for plot. Maybe three.
are you kidding? that entire first fight (well, after kakashi got out of the watter) kakashi was teasing him. i would totally see kakashi doing that to him
Originally posted by King KandyBecause Zabuza is still one of the coolest villains shown. And his whole master plan wasn't out of revenge or because he was being manipulated or boredom. Liking him has nothing to do with his power, jutsu, or sword. Well a little to do with his sword but that's just cause I like the sword. Course now I just fine it amusing he's the only known Mist Swordsman without some kind of special sword. And I don't care much for Haku either. But he didn't want to kill anybody so I wonder if we ever seen his full power in Crystal Ice Mirrors.
