Anyway, if including dead characters let's add in the sage of six paths while we're at it... and probably his elder son too, since he has rinnegan and all that uchiha biju-mojo.

Hashirama & Madara were who he was referring to. They both could control it like a puppy.

judging by the exchange of words, it's either rikudou, madara's real body, or some other guy, maybe a "new" character we haven't seen on panel(<-lowest probibility imo)
rikudou would definitely get tobi to react like that and get him to not only cease his attack on kabutomaru, but also accept his help in the war. calling kabuto a madman kinda makes me think this also, rikkudou ain't a toy to be played with, his powers are like nagato's but multiplied.
madara's real body is another possibility mostly due to the "i haven't told anyone" line. it alludes to a secret pertaining to madara, and we all know his true identity is sketchy at best.
then the unknown character/some other guy since kishi has given out red herrings before. could be one of the sage's sons, they'd still be stupidly powerful either way since reviving the sage might just be aiming too high anyway. anyone who beats the sage would kill the manga

Eh, got a point with the Sage. The sons/students/whatever not really is anything known except they started the Uchiha and the Senju. Not every Uchiha can control Kyuubi. Madara's eyes, just like Sasuke's, seem to be more special than normal.

I thought gaining the MS gave you the power to control the Kyuubi? Still, Kyuubi does compare Sasuke's eyes to Madara's, and Sasuke represses it, so you probably are correct.

what ive heard in regards to medics is that its not just a job its a life style, like, learning other stuff that doesnt specifically have to do with medicine goes against their code or some shiz. basically, theyre linear bricks by choice, not because they cant learn stuff.
makes sense, all things considering. every medic in the manga has a same general linearity if you notice... all of their techniques (besides super strength) relate to medicine and the body somehow.

Yes, I know about that, but:
This makes it seem like the Mangekyou does in fact have the ability to control the fox.
The way I see it, Madara was the only one able to fully control it, and Sasuke could soon be able to do the same. Though with the MS, you can gain some degree of control over it.
