Oh... I don't see how that entered the conversation. I was just comparing four tails vs eight tails menacing ball.

Well, there was only one point that the Kyuubi strained so hard to get a blast off that he dissolved his own flesh specifically to get one of those shots off. I kind of took for granted that you knew that...cause...like....you remember minute details from Naruto, like that. That's really my bad for not being specific enough.

But seriously...Ino, Inoichi (probably), Kurenai, Itachi (maybe), and just any genjutsu specialist in general.

Well, they can still use it for taijutsu, Itachi at least, but yea, the Yamanaka family jutsu gains little from it.

The Nara's too, teleporting around improves the odds of a shadow grab... a little, but since it can already be done with a thrown kunai it's barely a boost.

Anyway, my point is we don't know that four tails and eight tails were putting the same amount of chakra into their menacing ball (after all, eight tails was just toying with them while four tails was out for the kill), so even if the sizes of the craters were equal it doesn't really prove anything.

Yea, but genjutsu specialist really aren't cut out for taijutsu, with the exception of Itachi but I doubt he'd really need it. Though Warp Amaterasu...lol

Yea, the Nara's techniques wouldn't benefit from it, but just imagine the tactics they could pull off with it?

Going by the databook, Kurenai isn't exactly bad with it either. Jonin tend to be well-rounded. Though considering most of her foes will be frozen in place by genjutsu, yea, little benefit, it's somewhat redundant against most foes.

Amaterasu is neat and all, but it's a "look-hit" at range anyway so I'm not sure if it benefits much.

I think it combines a lot better with more conventional attacks. Hm... Akimichi w/FTG 🙂

Hm... I'm having trouble thinking of anything too devastating.... though they could teleport into the middle of a group of enemies and trap a whole bunch at work.

Flying Thunder God is always a nice trick to have for anyone, but for some it complements extremely well, and for others it's more an alternate to their powers than a complement.

True.

lol Never said it would benefit it much, just find him warping in front of somebody then unleashing Amaterasu in a move like Warp Kamehameha against Cell.

They'd definitely benefit the most. Gain speed to their attacks. It be like Butterfly Chouji.

There is that. But Shikamaru at least relies on tricks, and stealth to win. Able to warp to a place, or right next to a person, along with his pinning their shadows so they can't move. He could make people think they are surrounded, and scare them off, or grab a bunch of enemies at once by getting behind all of them.

Completely taijutsu fighters would work most with it. Bee, Raikage, Naruto, Sasuke (to and extent), Kakashi, Akimichi Clan, Gai, and Lee.

NO! She'll make it suck even more than Inoichi!

Hey I answered my own question!

Pretty much the only thing she's lacking from being the top taijutsuist in Naruto is speed.

That's not really what I meant. I just don't like Tsunade! Not one bit! So much so that I am willing to ignore canonical evidence of her feats just to show my dislike.

With that aside, Tsunade would get the major thing she lacks with FTG: speed!

😛 No the thing she lacks is actual skill to be top in Taijutsu.

She lacks speed & the Sharingan/Byakugan. vin

😆 But seriously I doubt the speed is much of a factor when a person can amp their speed with chakra. It's still her taijutsu skills that need more refining.

Well, to be fair, if she can land a hit on anyone, they should be out...unless they are Orochimaru or a Jinchuuriki. Then there's her dodging skills as well.

Databook (I know, I know) puts her skills at 5, but her speed at 3.5, pretty much the lowest of an S-class. Maybe focusing chakra on strength takes enough that she can't quite get the extreme levels of speed too? And while chakra amps speed, physically building up speed is an important factor too, that's what Sasuke and Lee did.

C'mon, with that speed and her medical skill, she could pluck eyes left and right!

Literally, because you want one for each socket.

Tsunade: "Kakashi, Hinata, could you come to my office for a minute?"

Hinata: "Yes, Tsunade-sam*!"
Kakashi: "Do you need us for some scouting missi*"
Both: *YEEAGH!

Tsunade: "Byakugan and Mangekyo, sweet!"

Yea, but that doesn't say much for her skills just her strength which....is above anybody.

Her dodging skills that haven't ever been shown. Even Sakura's dodging feats were manipulated by Chiyo. Now Chiyo showed some dodging skills, dodging, and moving Sakura at the same time in the same way.

She probably just doesn't use it to amp speed. And I could've swore Sasuke was using chakra to amp his speed, at least against Gaara.

tsunade = senju blooded = uber till proven otherwise (she was out of shape, distraught, and fearful of blood and still whooped ass)

kishi saved pain a oneshot beating from a woman

I'm pretty sure they talked about training his body up to that level though.

Some chakra may be involved, but I think Sasuke was largely using physical ability there.

And he was drug-amped and using a move that let him inflict major wound with the merest touch instead of needing to get proper hits.

That's cause Kabuto secretly wishes he was a Hyuuga and has to compensate for it with Medical ninja moves that mimic Gentle Fist. biscuits

This should settle it:

6-tails made a blast that makes the hachibi's looks like a wee ballon. 🙂

So, like I was saying, an unpowered Kyuubi is absurdly more powerful than it's nearest beast. That was only a 6-tails, half-powered, Kyuubi.

So, I'm quite convinced, now, that the 9-tails is, full power, is stronger than the previous 8, combined.

The Hachibi was certainly not holding back against Team Hawk when he went 8-tails.
