You thought wrong! Minato wouldn't touch no Uchiha, so it was just Kushina and Mikoto. lol

He wouldn't be pushed to learn all the top secret Hyuuga jutsu. And he woudln't be pushed to try and want to kill all of the Main Branch. So his genius would be untapped. Of course since he's still a Hyuuga he'd be stronger than everyone. 😂
Hinata/Akamaru/Kiba?.....noooooo

🙁 😛 When you can steal any move you see just by seeing it once because of hax eyes, and don't have to worry about training at all what do you expect him to say. Even a genius needs to train to learn a move. That's cause they Uchiha are nothing but liars and cheaters.

Then my nickname was Sasu when I was younger, so Sasu > Saru > Sasuke > Hiruzen. 313 I jest about Sasu being my nickname, but Sasu is still > everything else.
All Uchiha are too good for Minato. He's also to scared to get into bed with one, after all, Kushina's half-Uchiha biscuits

True. Still, Hizashi knew about his genius, so if Hizashi were alive, he'd likely try to tell Neji to copy something. Plus, there's always his need to impress Hinata to get her into bed.
Well, you're the one who suggested Hinata would go for Kiba, so I just told you what would happen if she did. 😛

You are finally starting to see the strength of the Sharingan. Also, Sasuke & the Uchihas don't need their Sharingan to make Minato look average vin

~ Liked this week's chapter. Even though it was so frickin' short.

But Hiruzen has the nickname Saru. Saru > Sasuke. 😛

Naruto Uzumaki will always be in love with Sasuke. But that's cause it's destiny. Uzumaki/Senju/Uchiha are all destined to be together. Just ask Madara and Shodai. Then the Uzumaki girl had to get in the way of their love and Madara couldn't take that.

But Hinata wouldn't want Neji that was weak, instead of just Hinata being weak then Neji would be weak, and then who would protect her? So their love would die out, and Hinata would go for Kiba since he's a wannabe Naruto. Then Hanabi would get with Neji, and she'd protect him like the true heir of Hyuuga and show the world true power since she's Hanabi and rivals Konohamaru's greatness but with a cooler name.
Nooooooooooooo. lol

Since thisis a shounen manga, I disreguard eveything you say. And Hinata true love is Naruto, not Kiba and Not Lee. Pairings that don't exist don't have any right to be mentioned just because you think Naruto and Hinata won't comsumate their love.

you know, this chapter made me shed a tear. seriously. pretty interesting last words that Kushina and Minato had for Naruto when they sealed the kyuubi in him, and it's actually pretty funny seeing as how Naruto unknowingly followed what Kushina told him to do.

Pairings that do not exist? Hinata x Naruto is pretty much non-existent in the manga. 😐

Besides, you misunderstood the intention of his post.

Was pretty cool chapter. And sorta sad.

lol...

I heard what Minato said, but I still think he was totally out of his mind in thinking that Naruto would be better off without him.

Yawn. Boring. Can we please go back to Kisame?

Kisame pwning Naruto & Bee together you mean. 313

Yeah, I was wondering about your logic when I read this. I was like, "KK has his answer now. I wonder if it's good enough."

Also, if you don't mind, could you explain to me why Kushina (or Minato) did not have to die? Please be as detailed as possible.

Here's why I ask: I don't understand how both could survive...and I don't understand how one could survive and the other die. It's like, I understand your point and the manga's point...but don't agree with either, at the same time. So I am a logical mess, right now.

Well after reading this chapter I should stop ridiculing Kushina and Minato's parenting decisions. I know it was for the best to make another host for the kyuubi in order to protect the village but you have to admit this was a pretty rough/bad choice.

Anyone find it funny how Kushina was able to tell this whole tear-jerking tale in just a few minutes.

Kushina had to die. That was clear. In fact, it seems silly she had enough time for last words since Gaara just died right away. But, she had a plan. They could make the nine tails go away, and be prepared the next time with "the ceremonial throne" and shit all just there and ready for it.

Minato also said Naruto would be better off being able to see Kushina (for like ten minutes) than to be raised by him, because "there are things I can't tell him". And that's just plain stupid.

If Kushina was still alive all that time, then how come a medical nin or whatever couldn't save her. It wasn't like her soul was eaten like Minato's. If the 9-tails went away, then couldn't Madara just make it attack Konoha again before sealing its power up?

Minato sucks as a parent, but not as horrible as it was made to be in previous chapters.

Kushina had something bonded to her chakra ripped out. Unless Chiyo with life-transference or similar (or maybe Tsunade) was there, probably nothing could save her, she was in rough shape. But how would you get medic nin there with the Kyuubi rampaging? And so on. Saving Kushina was extremely unlikely.

Minato mainly sacrificed himself to make sure the village still had the fox and was protected, more than anything else.

He didn't have to die, but Madara's plan would be so much easier if all he had to do was catch a wild Kyuubi, and not only that but the balance of the biju was a major factor as well that contributed to the peace and protection of the village in the long run perhaps more than he could, and that was at major risk too.

Well, I think there was a comment about how awesome she was to be able to cling on to life, like she did. Apparantly, the Uzamaki's have absurd chakra levels and also have a very strong life force, because of it. She was certainly drained of all her life energy and she was slowly dying, no doubt. That part, I understand.

Okay, I see your logic, now, on that next part. But, how do we know where the Bijuu would pop up, again? That's probably the part that Minato was afraid of: a strong possibility that the Bijuu would pop-up somewhere other than the Land of Fire. Since war had just ended or something, keeping the Land of Fire a-float was a top priority.

Obviously, a half powered Kyuubi is still more powerful than any other Biju...even in a 6-tails cloak. So Minato knew what he was doing when he did the shinigami seal.

I agree on the last part. However, as was indicated, he was going to have to seal the fox into Naruto, anyway. I think that was more a commentary on what was specifically suppoed to be said rather than a commentary on what would happen if Minato stayed alive.

Yea, this is just after the war, probably a year or two. The peace may be somewhat fragile.

Okay that was just wishful thinking on my part. If she was still living at that point then their could've been some life-force booster in the village somewhere to help her after the idea right? Probably not.

Even if making Naruto a new jinjiruki saved the balance of the village or whatnot, you have to admit it was a crappy parenting move on Minato's part.

Yea. Though it's a trade-off in that growing up in a war kinda sucks too. Just ask Itachi.

Minato could've ended up like the 'White Fang' for choosing family over saving their greatest strategic asset as well.

So bad parented in one respect, but it does show foresight.

Also, why did it have to be Naruto? Couldn't he seal it into an adult? Killerbee was made host when he was 13-ish, Madara is trying to make himself one at god knows how old, so clearly it's not just babies.

That was probably influenced by Minato thinking Naruto would be the chosen child. It fits, considering Jiraiya would likely train him once his parents were gone.
