Oh, was that a reference to the Tsuchikage Onoki, who apparently fought with him once?

All we know is both of them survived, but nothing on the circumstances or who else was involved. Tsuchikage could've made a big dust cloud and ran, or had someone hold off Madara for him to allow him to escape or something.

Only other thing he needs is EMS, and we'd likely have ourselves the second most powerful character after the Sage.

kakashi is the best ninja in the series hands down, imo he just edges out itachi in coolness. kakashi's only real weakness is his low chackra compared to the high cost techniques he has in his massive repertoir, the kyuubi would more than compensate for that on 0-tails.

4-tail kakashi would beat akatsuki solo methinks.

Tsuchikage apparently thinks Madara, based on his fight with him, should be powerful enough that he would not need to employ such drawn-out plans or have to scheme from the shadows.

We can safely assume Madara won.

Somehow I doubt Minato would dominate(Kushina) in that one particular field. If anything Madara might just be helping Minata out with that action.
