Well, I'm not sure if Senju/Uchiha with biju is above Nagato etc.. We haven't really seen that state in combat.
I'd also like to focus on the lower ranks, since last time I think we covered the upper ones pretty well. The Konoha 11 and other low rank ninja have a lot more to discuss on.

Nagato probably views Madara as being more powerful than he is, and that's while Madara is supposed to be much weaker than he was at his Prime.

Personally I doubt that, though Madara would definitely be able to go for his weak point (the main body).

Indication seems to be that Madara did something to Nagato to make it awaken, it's not just something Uzumaki awaken on their own.

Nagato definitely has more raw power, and I will not dispute that. However, I don't think we have seen all that Madara can do. We only recently found out that he has acquired Hashirama's powers, and True Izanagi. He has hax abilities that can help him win against Nagato.
If they were to fight, Madara would not try to duke it out with the 6 bodies. He'd instead just try to locate Nagato.
With a Bijuu, his raw power level flies beyond Nagato's. Nagato's only shot against a Bijuu like the Kyuubi is to use a very huge Chibaku Tensei, which would leave the other bodies vulnerable, and Nagato straining for chakra.

Two high level ANBU working together managed to tag him, multiple Paths should manage more easily.
Izanagi's something of a trump card, but it's very limited in it's usage.

Perhaps. Still, at its lowest, its a ticket to invulnerability for the duration of the technique, which is at least 5 minutes for Madara. More than enough time to go after Nagato and absorb him, IMO.
Also, there is the fact that he was able to completely control a person. We don't know the specifics, but it seems to be exactly like Shisui's famed genjutsu.
There obviously is some reason Nagato was so loyal to Madara, until Naruto came along. It likely had to do with the notion that Nagato considered Madara more powerful, and that Madara's plans were what he wanted.
