Probably is the truth. There's a theory that Madara removed his own eyes (deactivated EMS), transplanted it into Nagato, and waited for Nagato to undergo some sort of emotional stress so that he could activate the eyes.

Alternatively, its chakra level has slowly been growing up to its original levels over the 16 years.

Most notably, they're fragile and don't have much chakra even if they copy a strong ninja.

Considering the spores that it used during the summit were making their own white zetsu, which were easily dispatched, I bet the main thing they have going for them is number. And the ability to appear anywhere. Both are pretty nice even if they're only slightly above mook level.

Lesse, that may explain why Orochimaru's resurrections were less impressive in combat; they were merely fighting on his command and not given full initiative like this one, so since Oro was playing around, so were 1st and 2nd.

Damn, one of Deidara's explosions just flipped over an island sized turtle.

Guess people revived by Edo Tensei really could be as strong as they originally were, plus the whole regen.

I find it kinda funny Deidara still thinks Sasuke's dead.

I'm kinda surprised that his jutsu can give other people flight too.

Interesting tactics by Onoki in that he let his bodyguard make the clone, probably to save chakra on his part.

He is married and he has a son. Shonen Jump is the source.

Kishimoto-san's wedding was fantastic. The priests's broken Japanese during the ceremony was a thing of beauty. I see your wife looks just like Sakura.

Kishimoto just trolled me, if his wife looks like Sakura, do you guys think he'll use that to make NaruSaku cannon?

Hm, I wonder if information on the resurrection jutsu has been spread to him or not. The alliance suspects Kabuto has signed with Akatsuki, but don't know Kabuto knows it, but do know he's merging with Orochimaru (though not the current level of the merge)...

Going by his dialogue, he suspects Orochimaru revived him, so it is likely he knows about Edo Tensei. Wonder how he plans to actually fight him?

He probably has something up his sleeve.
He knows a lot about Deidara's style & techniques too.

Though I hope Onoki loses, if only because of the regen ability Edo Tensei grants to the revived.

Take out the bird and the turtle can escape.

deidara probably has something planned for the old guy, but he's gonna put up a hell of a fight against Deidara. wonder if there's any history between the two other than Deidara being a rouge ninja.

Well Deidara did blow himself up to try and kill some "punk from the leaf" which he even failed to acomplish that. I can understand if Onoki doesn't have much respect for him now.

He also called Onoki an art-hating bastard or something, implying some lame-o connection.

Onoki was his old boss, to state the obvious. Deidara became a missing nin on his watch, and considering Deidara's power likely knew him.

Also, Deidara seems to take a lot personally. He has a grudge against Naruto now too!

Kind of odd that apparently the Earth-nin specialty is flight. That's what you'd expect cloud-nin to be using.
