Kakashi in pt 1 I decided to put in S- due to having an S-class jutsu, his raw number of jutsu/versatility, and his performance during the end of the Zabuza fight. Kurenai, A+ due to the decisiveness of her genjutsu against all but a few, and not being bad outside that. Both were close and arguments can easily be made for lowering them one notch.

Also, srsly mate, Suigetsu is A+, if only due to the sheer difficulty of harming him outside of Raiton techs. It's like Kurenai's specialty in genjutsu.

anko is at least in ibiki's class, plus she might be his superior in a fight cause of her oro training and powers (if she is judged by her scenes with them). powers not withstanding she is still pretty much anbu class

The reason I put Kurenai that high is several fold. One, she's one of the 'jonin elite' of Konoha, which seemed to include just four of 'em the way they talked about it.

Two, she is supposed to be the best genjutsu user in the entire village bar none, and genjutsu is powerful. The move she used against Itachi would allow her to kill most other jonin fairly often, since it seems to incorporate a teleport too, and the best genjutsu user in the village should be hard to break free from.

Three, she seems good in other areas too judging from other information.

She's one of the lower A+s I think, and I will admit some of it is going off what I feel is implied ability, but I do think she'd beat most of those As you list, and is probably more overall useful in a war than them as well since genjutsu is often more multi-target than their abilities.

Maybe, but she hasn't shown it yet. The databook does put her at several points lower, so for now, she remains at 'top of the Special Jonin' rankings.

As-of part 1, she's B+.

Though I'll addum, that's just because she refuses to use her cursed seal entirely.

If she gets to fight in part 2, I fully expect to update that ranking too even without the seal.

Triple S? I'm hoping we can get by with the double-SSs covering a very wide range ^^ We'll work our way up through the ranks slowly and see what's really necessary.

I feel if we bump him, we gotta bump Jugo too. Jugo is IMO overall stronger, his physical ability is major, his chakra cannon super-strong, he regenerates, etc..

In terms of brute force, yeah, he's more powerful, while in his transformed state at least. Though Suigetsu has his own skills, the most impressive being his water-state and the ability to merge with surrounding water & use it.

I'm all for bumping them both to A+.

Because using Izanagi sucks, and is mainly a means of emergency survival.

Unlike Konan, Minato wasn't running low on chakra, so it wouldn't have been as sure a win either.
