Madara is the second most powerful ninja now. Wood, Rinnegan, and Sharingan Hax all in one person.
For one, he can now learn how to control all 6 types of Nature Transformation. As he has Hashirama's power, he likely already knows how to use Suiton & Doton, which leaves just Fuuton & Raiton.
He doesn't have the 6 Paths of Pain, but it's likely he can use most of their abilities; Konan stated that the Rinnegan gave its user all the abilities of the 6 Paths of Pain.
Also, the Sage could use Izanagi as many times as he wanted, without having his eyes close. Presumably it had to do with the Rinnegan. Madara might be able to use Izanagi many times as well, without having the Rinnegan close.
Q99 is right: wood ninjutsu is made stronger because of chakra.

That isn't always the case with Raiton techs. Jutsus like Raikiri, Chidori, & Chidori Senbon and even objects charged with Rai ton chakra keep the charge even after the user has stopped supplying chakra, which is what the case was when Samehada absorbed the chakra.
However, Raiton techs are usually short lived, more so than most other elements.IIRC, Kikaichū have only been shown absorbing chakra from a person. Have they ever absorbed chakra from a jutsu?
He has reinforced what I presume is normal wood, with his Wood-element chakra. http://manga.animea.net/naruto-chapter-508-page-1.html
You've argued that regular wood is not different from chakra created wood, ergo, he should be able to reinforce his own chakra created wood with chakra. 313
No, I haven't argued that regular wood is no different from chakra created wood. I've argued that the wood is wood and is not chakra reinforced to make it stronger but the "strength" differences we've seen in the different types of wood are different densities of wood being created...not some sort of chakra matrix that increases the wood's strength. Not that it isn't believable, it's just a baseless assumption to say that wood jutsu is being reinforced by chakra.

Not Naruto. Naruto cannot handle doujutsu, not even the Byakugan. 😛

Hmm, I wonder why Nagato never learned Izanagi. Rinnegan is for that purpose Sharingan, and Uzumaki and Senju are supposedly of one lineage, so he should have the proper qualifications.
The thing is, as the Sage was the progenitor of the Uchiha & Senju clan, he had their DNA. Nagato did not. A case can be made for him having Senju DNA, but not Uchiha DNA.
Danzou had Hashirama's powers, and Shisui's arm/Sharingan, so technically, he had both Uchiha & Senju DNA.
Alternatively, he did not know about Izanagi, or did not opt to use it the way Madara & Danzou did.
