You know, from a reflexive point of view, I'd say Kakashi's pretty close to being one of the fastest ninja in the series; even faster than Gai maybe. He's really got some of the best dodging feats in the series. His fight with Kakuzu and Hidan comes to mind.

That's everything short of saying friend-no-jutsu. It really is a special gift and it is called that. It could be a mild kekkei genkai (sp?). Dead serials.

When she fought Orochimaru, she had the seal released, but not all of it went towards her regeneration as she had resealed her chakra after the fight; implying she was using a bit of that chakra reserve during the actual fight.

Yes, without those support abilities I think she'd be a shade of D.
just look at the power depiction differences in part one and part two:
tsunade uses yin seal release and then creation rebirth just to heal herself in that battle, but in part two she did the same thing and was able to heal the entire village's population with the same technique
albeit she was weakened after it both times and started to look aged (and went comatose the second time) but the second time she did it it was way more powerful.

I think in part 1 she just used some off the top of the extra gas tank, while in part 2 she emptied the whole thing and then some.
When she closes off the extra tank, she's always going to be a bit tired, but it's worse when the tank is gone.

That's because she used the entire chakra boost in Part 2. In Part 1, she used some of it for regeneration, and then some in battle. She sealed most of it back though.
It does have a side-effect in that it hurts her a bit even if she uses it a bit, or causes her to go comatose if she overexerts herself.

Mm, while her sensor ability is very good, I don't think it's enough to count that much (a Byakugan's about as useful after all). The healing counts for more, but she doesn't have the chakra to use it too much.
I think she's potentially higher, but has only shown C... which is still badass, I'll note! Fully-chunin!

but still, she healed hundreds of people with comparable damage than what she received from her sannin fight.
even if she used 1/10 of her extra chackra to heal herself the first time, she shattered that in part 2

I don't see how that's a bad thing, seeing as the Byakugan's forte is its ability to scout, and to see the chakra & chakra points of people. Plus, Hinata's range right now is probably a little over 10 km. Karin's range is at least double that amount.
If she weren't a missing-nin, IMO, she has a very high chance of being a Special Jonin in terms of rank.

Was just reading over Naruto's Element training arc, and something else caught my interest.
Fuuton makes Katon stronger, and if a Katon jutsu is used against a Fuuton jutsu of equivalent scale, the Katon Jutsu wins and becomes even stronger. Could the same happen with any of the other Elemental interactions?
Also, what about Elemental combination jutsu? Fire+Wind can overcome Water, even though Water puts out Fire by itself.
Water+Wind is a potent combination as well, but could it beat out a powerful Earth Jutsu?
What about other combinations? Would Fire+Lightning beat out Water? Would Earth+Wind beat out Fire? Could Nagato or someone with multiple elements & a Kage Bunshin use combination jutsu like that?
That is a plausible reason Kakashi and Sasuke would become incredible pricks. Well, Sasuke more than before at least.
