I do want to see Darui kick some ass. It would justify why Suigetsu lost so pathetically to him. Though now I wonder, why did the 3rd leave his lightning to Darui and not one of his kids? Just when I was starting to forget Kankuro's arrogant assertion that he beat Sasori, Chiyo brings it up again. If it weren't for Sai, he would've died a horrible death anyway.
I wonder why the current Raikage didn't pick up the black lightning jutsu. He could of thought of a different name or something to make it look even cooler.
I know the White Zetsus are supposed to be fodder but this is kind of pathetic when they're getting beat up by Tenten.

He beat a Sasori who had none of his puppets with him.
However, him saying that he had surpassed Sasori was bollocks.
Maybe it has some sort of special talent associated with it?

Because only really ossum Black dudes can use Black Lightning. B is too much of a Gary Stu, while A lost his arm. vin
Also, Darui specializes in Raiton, while Suigetsu becomes about as combat-proficient as Karin, when faced with Raiton techs.
Anyway, Deidara's techs are confirmed to be Blast-Release. So why was Lightning so effective against him and his bombs, if Lightning counters Earth?

Given that he was chosen as one of the Raikage's bodyguards, along with being made a General, I think he's fairly high up as a ninja in terms of strength, and an S class ninja in Kumogakure. Add those to the fact that he has a Kekkai Genkai, is proficient in Raiton, and is the only other person to use the Black Lightning techs, he's A+ tier material easily if you ask me.
That said, I wonder if Darui is the best Raiton user right now, thanks to his Black Lightning techs.
Sasuke, A, B, Third Raikage & Kakashi are the only other notable Raiton users. The Third Raikage hasn't been seen in action. A has his Raiton Armor, while B doesn't do much apart from imbue items with Lightning. Sasuke can do the same, and he has Chidori & Kirin. Kakashi has his fair share of Raiton techs, but nothing as impressive as the Raiton armor or Kirin/Chidori variants.

I'm guessing due to the kinjutsu he uses to fuse the blast chakra into Earth. Hence why even when using Blast chakra they were called Earth release, clay jutsu are blast-in-earth style.
