I fully agree. Shiki only because of his haxor Jutsu that even pwned Temari. Shino is an easy victory over just about anyone. I'm not too sure about Kiba...but could Sasuke have beaten Kiba before his Kakashi training? I dunno: Kiba was pretty devastating.

Yeah, that was more my point. It's an academic achievement: not a combat prowess achievement. I think the missions completed and the levels completed are more indicative of combat prowess.

I don't think Sasuke sucked. He was a really good ninja. I'm not sure what you're referring to. I thought the sharingan wasn't a "sure" thing for many of the Uchiha? They were good because of their combat hunger and sharingan, from what the "flash back" on the Senju/Uchiha tale told us.

It is definitely impressive: she was integral into taking out a solid S-Class ninja in a 6-tailed demon cloak form.

I think Sas'd be fine in that matchup. At range he's a lot better, and going by databook scores taijutsu skill was the same, and Kiba had a mere .5 speed advantage, so while in close Kiba'd have the edge, Sasuke'd be able to hold him off better than Naruto did giving him room for his other talents.

Plus, Sasuke's just smarter and more tactical.

He'd be nice against Shino too, area affect vs bugs and all.

Shikamaru'd need a really darn good anti-Sasuke plan to beat him.

That's part of my point; the Uchiha seems to train really hard. It's not just training with Itachi; Itachi was often busy and his dad did a lot. And it's not just the two of them, there were other super-badass Uchiha around.

I think so. Sakura recognized Ino's mind possession by sight, so that implied Ino had it before she graduated (the last time Sakura would've had a chance to see it), which would explain a top kunoichi score.

They're good at tracking, but getting information, possession seems better to me. Aside from reading information, she can listen, ask questions, etc.. And it works on animals too.

Actually, they're both supposed to have strong/notable chakra. The Senju are supposed to have notable chakra brought about by physical stamina, while the Uchiha more or less have incredible chakra brought about by the other aspect that goes into making chakra, spiritual energy. Madara even states that the Uchiha had unparalleled chakra, while the Older son inherited the Sage's chakra.
So yeah, I wouldn't say it was their chakra that made the Senju so powerful; rather, it was their physical stats, along with their willpower. Same goes for the Uzumaki, though they had far more longevity as opposed to willpower.

Agreed. The bugs have their own uses and are nearly undetectable, but her jutsu is more versatile and powerful. Of course, it's saddled with incredible weaknesses if it's used against a ninja, and its one-on-one.

At the suggestions of a few others, I added Sasuke and Naruto's higher forms.

I added Kushina as well, at S+ for being a 9-Tail jinchuriki who could use menace ball and who's a known high end master in other areas, having taught Minato S-class seals.

I also finally added Nagato/the SS rank.

Kushina seems a bit....high for someone with no showings. 😐

Eh...don't really see the need for an SS- since nobody in the Narutoverse aside from the Rikudo Sennin is above Nagato.

Kushina's implied high chakra level and mastery of the kyuubi would land her at least an A ranking.

At the moment. Naruto, Sasuke, and Madara likely will be once they get more showings for their new powahs!

....where does it say she mastered the Kyuubi again? I honestly do not remember. 😐

Yes. She has, (1) Uzumaki chakra. (2) Was able to restrain the Kyuubi with her chakra chains *after* it had been removed. (3) Taught Minato the 4-elements seal and the Death God sealing. (4) Had the 9-Tails.

A high-tailed jinchuuriki with multiple S-class skills.

She didn't have Killerbee level total mastery, but it seems she had enough to use the menace ball.

When Naruto didn't have mastery over it and only turned Kyuubi while angry or emotional, he could use the menacing ball. It's possible Kushina could have just got pissed on a mission and Minato saw the attack and got the idea for rasengan.

Possible, but that strikes me as unlikely, it's not like one could study it very well under such conditions.

Considering her general attitude to Kyuubi and how casually she was about restraining it in Naruto's mind, she does not seem to have had a lot of problems with it by the time she was an adult.

Minato could. He does have the ability to port blasts after all.

Restraining it and controlling it is two different things. Going by Naruto's example, controlling the Kyuubi is very hard to do and would require Kushina to have beat the stuffing out of it. And considering this was a full Kyuubi and not the half of one like Naruto has, I'd say that's pretty hard. Keeping it in check with some seals would be simple enough and logical. Controlling and using it's powers seems to be on a whole other level.

Current Madara is. 😐 In addition to ALL of Nagato's Rinn'egan abilities (minus the usage of 6 bodies and thus the shared vision), he has Hashirama's abilities, his S/T jutsu, the Sharingan, Izanagi, and his own powers.
Also, any Madara with the Kyuubi as his b**** has more raw power at his disposal than Nagato. Same goes for Hashirama with any of the higher end Bijuu.
