Easy to answer that: because he said he was aware of events that occurred well before his appearance in Naruto's mind in addition to saying something like "I saw it from inside of here."

Which is more logical: there was an almost seemingly random event that allowed Minato to start seeing things from his son's perspective (and this would have occurred BEFORE he made his appearance to Naruto because he spoke of not one but two events that occurred before their meeting in Naruto's mind), but not before then; or the sealing of his chakra inside of Naruto's mind/soul allows him to see events in an intangible form similar to the 9-tails' vision.

My logic is very solid with no contradiction: both the Kyuubi's chakra and Minato's chakra were sealed in Naruto. Both the Kyuubi and Minato could make observations from Naruto's perspective (they know what he knows). Both the Kyuubi and Minato cited specific examples from Naruto's life and directly or indirectly stated that they could "see it" form inside of his mind/soul.

My Conclusion: they can see Naruto Masturbate, piss, shit, grope Tsunade, etc. Minato always had the option to observe things from inside of Naruto's mind but his lack of chakra prevented him from forming some sort of "observable" figure because that would burn up too much chakra.

Your conclusion: Minato, arbitrarily, started seeing events from Naruto's mind. No point was cited. No reason was cited. It was only as far back as Jiraiya's death and nothing else. Despite this being unsupportable and it actually contradicts the logic of other's chakra being sealed inside of him, this is fact and cannot be argued with because the logic is solid.

Which one is more logical and has more evidence for it's support.

Actually, there are contradictions in what Minato says, so there is no real correct answer. Personally I do favor more with DP in this case, if only cause I can't imagine the kind of hell it must be to be fully aware of my sons presence and not be able to talk to him. It would undoubtedly be worse in Kushina's case.

So while evidence does not favor either, I'd like to think both were dormant and thus created at precise moments in time. Which we know is completely possible.

This is the same argument he's making. There's no indication for when this would be for Minato because the trigger SEEMED like it would be Naruto going 8-tails cloak but then Minato clearly indicates that he's seen events, from inside Naruto's mind/soul, that occurred well before Naruto going 8-tails thus making the claim of some sort of trigger causing Minato to "come-alive", unsupportable with current evidence.

Regardless, my point still stands. Even if we go back as far as Jiraiya's death (the further back Minato talked about), that's still a lot of time Minato could have seen Naruto do stuff you don't want people to see.

One can always argue that Minato's chakra becomes less dormant when Naruto emotions reach a peak, which inevitably might lead to the Kyuubi taking control. This can actually explain why Minato doesn't know several things and yet knows the things he does. Could mean that he is somewhat conscious at times when Naruto is emotional but not completely. The chakra could take time to actually create a form for itself. This might explain why Kushina did not immediately appear when Naruto challenged the Kyuubi.

Just one idea though.

It seems most likely to me, that Minato manifests only during important events. Since his purpose was to help Naruto when crisis struck, it seems like he'd only hang around if there was actually a risk of crisis.

itachi and nagato make their first reappearance with dialog. they talk about their eyes and yes nagato does have them for some reason. itachi theorizes that kabuto is about to use them, especially itachi so that he can use his gentujtu abilities.

some shady character shows up as neji seeks medical treatment and neji starts acting erratic. he kills some medic nin and has a big smile on his face after.

I think it proves she was faking having no certainty is her heart, not that she didn't like Naruto. I think she doesn't know who she loves, but in any case isn't available.

but nagato is still physically impaired, an injury suffered to the original body not too unlike getting his eyes removed. his dna wasn't damaged by hanzo's "fire attack"
