You would. >_>That said, Konoha likely got it's name based on the two clans at the time: Village of the Leaf, i.e a village formed by a forest clan of shinobi, and it's the land of Fire because of teh Uchiha liking Fire.
Or it got its name based on the surroundings, like the others ermm

It's surrounded by fire?
Hashirama probably made the forest around them. 😛
Also, I wonder why Kiri has so much influence. It looks like a completely independent nation not even on the same continent as the others! XD
Btw, on the 4th Kazekage using gold when gold isn't magnetic, the implication is he has diamagnetic powers to the 3rd's Ferromagnetic powers. Though I doubt Kishimoto thought of that rather than just thinking it'd be a cool thing to control 🙂

I dunno. Iwa seems pretty solidly Earthy.
They are pretty earthy, but the Kages prefer to use Dust, which is a bit less earth than Earth.
I say they're second tier.
This chapter was awesome! It had tons of epicness.
The tow nin were pooping themselves over the super magnetic zoombie.
They are about to get pwned, and Naruto comes in and WTF pwns everything like a boss. I laughed. It was awesome.
Then everything else...just so epic and awesome.
One of the best chapters in a while, imo. I like Gaara. 😐

I was thinking paramagnetism, actually. I didn't see anything wrong with it, from a science perspective, at all.
We can create temporary magnets all the time.
Also, the fact that the dude that was magnatized appeared to retain the magnatism in a "field" around his body...meaning...the magnetic chakra "stuck" to his body, it's fairly plausible within the Naruto-mythos.

And Mei uses her Lava more than her Mist in her onscreen showings. 😉

Does it ever actually say the 4th is magnetic? It looked to me like he just manipulates it the way Gaara does sand.
It right here actually:http://mangastream.com/read/naruto/46677395/11
Brought to us by our good man the 3rd Raikage
I do wonder how Konoha's Kages have so many diverse skills. I also wonder if the Third Raikage can used something like "Black Raiton Armor" or some other weird technique. Unlikely but hey who knows.

Forests and leaves, smartass. Like the Sand Village is surrounded by a, you guessed it, Desert & Sand. 😛
Though this only applies to the 5 Great Countries, and some of the other smaller countries.
Also, I am curious. How did Madara port Sasuke away so quickly when Onoki was about to kill him?

She had no way of knowing that he was a speedy bugger, other than him dodging her Lava attack with his back turned.
His Susano'o tanked her Lava attack, so I'm guessing that's why she opted to trap him in a closed room and melt him with Boil-Release.

nah, her lava was useless against ribcage Susano'o.
"That was ribcage Susano'o after all" is correct.

Well Kiri is surrounded by water. It isn't the water village. 😛
My guess is he used his technique through the floor. My guess anyway.
That and he managed to quickly enter a room before anyone had time to notice him.

I think it is surrounded by mist as well. 😛
How would that work? He supposedly takes a bit of time to warp something else.
Meh, valid example I suppose. Not really going to debate that part anyway, seeing as Susano'o tanked one of her Lava attacks.

Nah, Sasuke's chakra wasn't in the room anymore after the tech was used, which led Karin to believe that he had died.
