The only way a black "man" could be offended by that is if he expectations of how another black man should act are actually racist (ie, lazy, suspenseful, stupid, etc.) To me, it's much more offensive to say you're offended by B's character than the person claiming offense from B's character.
I know that doesn't make sense...but think of it this way.
For ONCE in a manga, we have a really awesome Black Man. Awesome in all possible measures, pretty much. For someone to be offended by that, it sounds plain racist. This is also not the first time someone has found offense to a competent black man, either. Success in urban black communities is also met with criticisms and part of the reasons America is having troubles normalizing the income and education of the US population. Getting and education and doing things the "white man's way" is seen as a partial betrayal to the black community. It is also a meme (academic defintion, not the abused internet defintion) that stemmed from racist white people that tried to keep the African American community down such as getting proper educations and jobs.) So this is hardly an original concept.

Well, that is most likely a forgone conclusion unfortunately. Still doesn't change the fact that Bee is more awesome than most of the shinobi in the series. As well as one of the most badass.

I get carried away when the black man keeps the black man down. This is one of the reasons Kento thought I was black until he met me.
You know if Bee didn't beatdown on Sasuke and escape, this **** head would get zero kudos from you guys because you'd find him offensive and lame like I do.
Thats the only reason you think he's awesome, when someone kicks Sasuke's arse, they are a instant win character.
I'd love to see how you guys would see him if Sasuke in Bee's place and dishing out the arse whupping without getting a scratch on him and even rapping in the taka vs. bee fight.
Hell, the only character I know who's worthy enough to make Sasuke look like a chump is Itachi, that and Naruto(because he's the main lead to my much dismay). Also the fact that Bee is plot relevant is freakin rediculous, dude came out of no where without a explination and just started spiting verses and being a main character.
Given due the fact he's also Naruto's teacher, a freakin master jinnchuriki and the most powerful character after said main character makes me wonder the weed Kishi's smokes as he makes things up as he goes along.
