I'm still suprised that you guys aren't talking about how Shisui randomly has the Mangekyo Sharingan even though Itachi and Madara were the only ones reported to have one prior to Sasuke.
I also wonder why Danzo didn't use this on Sasuke during their fight or at least attempt to use it on Madara since it was so uber. He could've had Sasuke fight Madara or kill himself thus avoiding a lot of trouble for himself.

It was never stated that no one apart from them had the MS. The fact that Kakashi got it means that Obito would have been able to get it.
The recharge period wasn't over when he fought Sasuke. After being defeated, he then wanted to use it on Madara, but got pwned by Sasuke.

Now ya see, Koto and things like Lelouch's Geass actually would qualify as mindrape from said definition. Violation of private parts(Check), helplessness(Check), and corruption of a source of joy(Check).
Admittedly the latter is a bit reaching but voluntary hypnosis can be quite a joyful experience, provided it's all in good fun.

I'm not referring to te Uchiha requirements to obtain a Mangekyo Sharingan, I'm talking about how Shisui suddenly has one and said Mangekyo Sharingan being the answer to everyone's questions. I also find it odd that Itachi was able to store a tangible object in Naruto w/o him or anyone else for that matter knowing what was there.

Why though? Previously we thought that it was tied to his regular Sharingan, but having it tied to a MS makes much more sense, seeing as it was powerful. Frankly, I think that Madara's S/T is tied to MS.
The really weird thing is Shisui being able to use both of his eyes for the jutsu, whereas other MS techs usually only appear from one eye, barring Susano'o, which needs two MS with their own techs achieved.
Yeah, but he used the tech on Mifune an hour before facing Sasuke.

Creating constructs from chakra isn't an unknown thing in Naruto-verse though. Give said constructs Yang-chakra, and they can live/be animated. Though I'm just speculating.
