Creating constructs from chakra isn't an unknown thing in Naruto-verse though. Give said constructs Yang-chakra, and they can live/be animated. Though I'm just speculating.

Just agree that he had some free will. He could talk freely but he couldn't control his own movements. His genjutsu changed it.

Ironically though, he should be attacking Bee. The order to protect Konoha can be interpreted to protect Naruto I suppose and thus he wouldn't attack him. But Bee is not from Konoha.

I'm tentatively thinking of putting Yashamaru (Gaara's uncle) at C. He was an ANBU and medic nin, and floaty kunai are cool, but his databook stats are pretty low (22.5 total, and not particularly good in any area but intelligence). Sound ok?

I think he was 'right hand' in the sense of having good advice and being highly trusted, trusted enough to handle Gaara, rather than being sent on many missions or anything.

YK probably had more combat focused loyal nin 'hands' for missions.

Sorry to but in mid conversation but I would like to add some points. Maybe Yashimaru was the best person to truly test Gaara's sanity after experiencing betrayal...since he was Gaara's only friend at the time.

As TheAuraAngel said the YK was pretty damn stupid....or at least a very closed minded Kage.

As far as your recent ranking goes....I just want to ask how come Killer Bee is S+ while Kisame w/Samehada is still S. Oh...and Gai should be a full S with his 7t gate IMO especially since he can pretty much pop into the 6th gate.

Samehada lets Kisame be S+ against Bee or other jinchuuriki, but it's only slightly better than a normal sword against Gai or Sasori, and even against most non-super chakra foes it's a boost but not as huge a one as it provides against a Jinchuuriki.

Killerbee's max power is much more universal; he can do it whenever he wants and blow up an army when he choses to.

They were a very close fight because Kisame's specialized specifically against the type of fighter Killerbee is, and even then it was close.

But yeah, he's the best in Akatsuki when it comes to capturing Jinchuurikii, and it's easy to see why. Anyone with huge levels of chakra would be at a potentially huge disadvantage against Samehada.

I think it's not a drastic enough example to warrant an asterisk. Especially since it's depending on what an opponent does rather than what he does.

There's plenty of other cases where someone'd match up well against one type of foe and not another (consider how using genjutsu on Itachi not only doesn't work, but lets him apply it on the user, making someone like Kurenai or 2nd Mizukage far more screwed than someone else of their levels). Samehada's something of a bigger example than normal, but he does absorb some chakra from most foes' jutsu, it's just some give him more to work with.

Even a biju user could avoid using their biju jutsu and keep him down if they wanted- in a hypothetical rematch, Bee could decide to go swords-only and fight from there (in which case Kisame'd never leave S level), rather than overwhelming him as he initially tried.

I'd like to know at least one foe Yagura fought before rating, personally. At least with Yugito we saw the aftermath of a fight with no foes.

And in his case, he's probably SS with his paths, but it'll be more clear once we see them fight- can they phase or not? Can Madara both phase and use path abilities at the same time? Etc.. We've got info coming soon.

Btw, Nagato- I think by next chapter we're going to get enough info to tell whether his powers all in one-body are weaker than him with the paths (S+), or whether he's still in the same general league (SS-), just with a bit more vulnerability in having his body present (though with the note that combining Preta and Deva's powers in the same body is truly uber defense).
