That was pretty humorous. Though for some reason I'm not quite feeling the technique. Mostly cause Mirages seem like a desert thing so it seems odd. But he's still as funny as ever. Too bad there is no one to fight him.
Temari did just beat up a Kage. And it is still foolish to send your forces forward. Then again, the Kage don't seem to be trying. Kabuto stopped giving a crap.

In fact, Naruto already said he'd rather die for everyone than have everyone die for him: that's exactly what a Hokage should be thinking especially if we take Minato's and Sarutobi's actions as the comparison.
It was a lame plot point and wasted character development. I saw it as filler. No more pep talks. Everything has been covered.

I think his point is Madara initially worked with his clan, but later came to view their safety, and their course, as entirely his responsibility.
Thus when he and them had differences of opinions, instead of listening to them, he insisted on his own way, felt betrayed, and got all isolated and twisted.
