The "three ninja" idea is complete bullshit: this is a giant mother ****in' beast! Everyone around would be able to see this beast....especially if it was within running distance of Hiruzen and two no-name ninja. In fact...a very short period of time passes because the only thing that occurs is some conversation and some chain sealing crap.

That was what was shown, yes. And yes, probably more shinobi saw the boom(not Kyuubi) that Sarutobi saw. I'm also pretty sure they weren't running towards the Kyuubi asking for a rematch either. Probably preoccupied with the injured. Assuming they could see the Kyuubi at that distance, and I don't, if it shrunk, it would simply look like it was already sealed. Not that it matters because I really don't they were all just staring in that direction. And Hiruzen made it there pretty quickly cause he is a ninja. As are the others. But, and this is a big but, we aren't shown anyone else running towards him. And there is a perfectly logical reason why they wouldn't.
Far away from the village and more than likely hidden from mountains. And again, I'm not assuming everyone just gawked in that direction when they had more important things to do.
The only evidence I have is the fact that no one shows any knowledge to the Kyuubi being split in two aside from Jiraiya, who has reason to know, and the 3 ninja that we know saw it. If you can provide evidence to the contrary, I'll gladly take a look at it. Scans please.
