Knowing Kishi though, he is more likely to run with it. Nothing wrong with giving A his arm back I guess. Except it makes taking it away rather pointless.

All the Kage are handicapped in some way while staring down Madara. Well, except Onoki. He is just dead while floating.

What about Tsunade?

Unless overly large boobs is a disability now.

She lost some chakra to her tech in order to heal herself. And she didn't appear to heal all of 'em cause there are marks on her face.

Granted, she might be better off than A.

Well Madara probably lost some chakra from the forest he created and the 2 frigging massive meteors he summoned. So meh.

Difference is, he is Madara. They aren't.

Being scuffed doesn't mean much, that's likely simply from the blood of the now-completely healed wounds.

Tsunade, A, and probably Terumi don't have anything but a little chakra use. As they're all kages, not a big deal.

They aren't handicapped equally of course. 😛

He's got the same basic elements as Terumi, but is likely better at it going by that Fire tech he used two chapters ago. Of course, I'm assuming he didn't have enough time to learn the other two basic elements.

He got some from Naruto's Rasenshuriken. Chakra will not be a problem for him if he fights half-smart.

He's shown elements other than fire?

(I'm assuming the astroids were gravity-jutsu and not earth-jutsu)

*Edit* Oh, right, Wood! Hm, does a wood implant allow use of it's components...? It might not... of course Rinnegan grants basic access... it might be he just has Fire, whatever else he knew before, and Wood.

This goes to prove my point that Minato had a shit ton of chakra: it takes three ninjas to do the FTG tech. However, Minato could do it by himself and much more quickly.

So, I will rate Minato as follows:

Ninjutsu: 5
Taijutsu: 5
Genjutsu: 3-5
Intelligence: 5
Speed: 5
Hand Seals: 5
Stamina: 5
Strength: 4-5

Rating: 37-40

IF Tsunade is able to keep up, in speed, with Madara or A...I will rape a Koala Bear. Because her speed is only 3.5: no way she can keep up with speedsters like A or Madara.

She had better use intelligence and taijutsu...mixed with some Kabuto-esque medical ninjutsu.

Just sayin'....

Lastly, there had better be a damn good explanation for why A has his arm back.
