I juest read something stupid about the 0 to 100 class scale.
Superhuman Class 100: Contrary to what most readers assume, a character in this class must be able to lift significantly beyond 100 tons (>~91 tonnes). Anything less than that falls into the Superhuman Class 95 category or below. This level is demonstrated by the ability of characters such as the Hulk, Thor, and the Silver Surfer, who have at times lifted structures as large as buildings, airliners, and even mountains (all of which weigh considerably more than 100 tons).
So if your strength is not limitless or near that, your class 95... right...
Maybe marvel could come up with a better way to rate characters abilities.
Oh and Juggernaut is strong but not THAT strong, id say hes the strongest (or was) in the below 100 class (which i will now use as a refference, but hes not only 95 for sure.) He can hold his own VS Thor, Hulk and The Surfer but in the end he is outmatched.
Whats that thing abour a new Juggernaut? ...geeeezzzz...
Well judging from what I have seen in the past Thing would give the big russian a run for his money. But I give the slight edge to Colossus for his advantage in strenght, durability and intelligence. Colossus is trained to fight so he is no slouch in that department. Not as tuned as thing but good enough to knock his orange @ss out.
