Why is any of this relevant? My point was about context. You added the context in your reply, because you didn't want to leave it as I stated it. That is the point. At least argue with what I am saying.
IRTMU: care to point out the basis of that comment? Or just talking nonsense. That would be unlike you.
Colossus is quite literally, 'the strong person' in a massive group of people.
bull...
colossus is more than just a strong man...
he sacrificed his own life so every mutant could live...
he's stronger and more durable than thing, is arguably a better fighter and i'm willing to bet has that bit more intelligence...

First part: irrelevant to fighting abilities.
Second part: opinion.

first part: in response to him being called a simple strong man...
second part: opinion, but a highly valid one...
colossus is know widely considered class 100... thing is not...
colossus moves extremely quick for a man his size... he loses almost none of his agility from his human form...
he has lived in (and trained with) the xmen for several years, including a martial arts expert (wolverine)...
colossus very rarely underestimates his opponent, he doesnt run in shouting "its clobberin time"...
i like thing, he's definately 'cooler' but current colossus imo can take him...
apologies for the double post
