evolution, what a bunch of hobbleswosh...

Go to your local library, get a book about evolution, read it and THEN open your mouth here 🙄
he ASSUMED that because we are SIMILAR, we MUST be related??? you did know he went on a journey to study all sorts of animals before even thitnking of this theory, right? you know where i.e. Argentina lies?

Afro_Cheese> There you go 🙂
Just goes to show how important it is to have more than one source!

“E. "Big Bang"- a big group of mass starts spinning with no force to make it do that, and it gathered into one big ball of mass. Then somehow exploded. Then made all the stars in the universe. The Planets: Nepute, Pluto, and Uranus spin backwards, yet the law of 'angular mo-mentum' states when any gathering of mass implodes or explodes, all the remains, or planets, will spin in the same direction. BOOM. FALSE.”

😆
I dunno what this is supposed to describe but it sure as Hell isn’t Big Bang.
The law of conservation of angular momentum:

The angular momentum of a rigid object is defined as the product of the moment of inertia and the angular velocity. It is analogous to linear momentum and is subject to the fundamental constraints of the conservation of angular momentum principle if there is no external torque on the object. Angular momentum is a vector quantity. It is derivable from the expression for the angular momentum of a particle

IF THERE IS NO EXTERNAL TORGUE… But guess what, moron. Asteroids and comets have col-lided with the planets since they were formed. So there… nahnah.
Idiot.

Momentum = Mass moving with constant velocity = mass times velocity
Angular momentum = Mass moving in a circle = moment of inertia cross-product angular ve-locity.

Easy to confuse the two, I agree. However, neither momentum nor angular momentum can be conserved in the solar-system, because things collide.

"Whats up Now girlfriend??"

(Sorry that was WAY too random.... I'll just go back to my sandwich...)

*places tpt's half-eaten sandwich back on the table* 😗

I wish I had a sandwich

But I'm too lazy to go make myself one 🙁

This thread is giving me a sciencegasm droolio

*offers tpt's half sandwich*

*takes sandwich* Many thanks. eat

no sweat, it's not mine at all 😄

*Smacks Both Yerss and DR*
Takes sandwich back from DR and eats it.

at least I had half of it 😄

boxed

hehe,
that smily cracks me up....

Sciencegasm? OMFG that's great...

Nyah, I have cookies and I'm not sharing! 😛

*tries out new trick*

Hi silver 😄

🙄 I should have seen that one coming...being as you've used it how many times now to get candy from me?

I ... don't know what you mean 😖hifty:

HM!
THAT scared him off I suppose...
"Death, by Torque!"

...
I like that 😄

Nivek -- the law you're talking about...well, I've never heard the name "angular motion" before...but what you're talking about is inertia: "an object in motion will want to stay in motion, and an object at rest will want to stay at rest." But correct me if I'm wrong, Omega.

yes, another play toy., Ready those claws everyone...
