Haha, Crewlifornia... myself, Bespin Bart, and HereticalDruid are brothers. General Zink went to high school with me. Brit and Vera21 are friends of Chris (BB), and Alkaselzer is a friend of mine. Quite often it happens that one of us will use another's computer and forget the logout... but we all use the Star Wars Black theme for the boards, so we cannot tell when we're not using our own account until we post and go 'Oh, hey, what the hell.'

We try to avoid it, though.

Stefan could be considered part of Crewlifornia for living in California here.

Who's Stefan?

And I know the problem, even though I am using KMC Blue and my girlfriend uses Star Wars Black it still happens quite a lot that we post on each other's account. Talk about being observant, eh? 😐

Stefan is Tptmanno1, currently the longest playing Jedi Knight character. He's rad and plays trumpet.

Observance means you're paying too much attention. I prefer not being observant and accidentally screwing up everything. Wheee!

Ah, yes, "Trumpet Man Number One".

And I generally dislike things being screwed up, especially if it has negative consequences for me.

This is why he's a Renegade instead of a proper Jedi. 😊

How's that chest hole, ol' buddy ol' pal? 😄

Healed nicely. 😛

Woo!
Go me!

You know, Ush, I was wondering. Should it be surprising that nobody has ever taken the Revenant template?

Having some serious net troubles today, so if I do not post much that is why. Hopwfully they've actually stopped.

Meanwhile... I dunno! It's the one I would pick. I think the idea of being totally unable to duel may put people off.

That could be it.

Remember that Galactic Map that we were working on, plugging in where our game worlds were located? I have to ask, where is Charnel and Tasker's Crown located? Is it a Core World?

Somehow, I am very much not surprised you would pick Revenant...

Off-line testing of Star Wars has begun (the first Star Wars played for some two years!)

As expected there will eb some changes made, even resulting from one brief playtest. We finished off the Desert of Stones (which the Dark Siders had been stuck in for several years) and began the Jedi Episode IV.

Anyway- what looks almost certain to chage is the rule that says that Guards can combine with other things; too much Defence was shown to be overpowered (frankly that had been a good bet as a problem even before playtesting started). The heaviest consequences here are for Perfect Strike and Block, which were really designed for synergy with the Guards. We'll see.

oOh, and the new starfighter combat system is awesome. It is hard to describe as is, although the base method of the numbers is the same (i.e. when fighting Mooks, you either kill them outright by rolling enough successes equal to double their armour value, else you reduce their armour value by one).

Awesome, can't wait to see it in action.

Meanwhile, I have completed one of the Retrospection games! Thank you to Lana, Andrew, and Chris for playing through it. A reward of some sort will be cooked up. Just need to talk that over with Ush since things work differently in the new system... though, of course, we may not see the OT characters for some time!

Despite the fact that I felt the need to kill you at a couple points, I had fun with it 😛

Also, Kyle and Eerin certainly need to die now 😊

And thank you Rex. That was a really fun game. And remember Lana, Rylis already got her second chance to catch the smugglers and messed that one up too! Third time's the charm?

Hah, I'll get you guys one day...evillaugh

BTW, want to see a good example of the fun I had, take a look at the last five-six pages or so of my thread...

*pops in and mentions something about coming back to the RPG*

Yes, you three are free to read each other's threads, now. I am not so satisfied with Kyle's game; I meant to emphasize the transformation from criminal smuggler with his nuclear bombs and drugs to the strapping young do-gooder. It just kind of happened.

Rylis, however, I am very pleased with. The Snith revelation... SO much fun!

But yeah, overall still good for being an amateur at this whole Gamemaster... thing...

And *orgasm* welcome back, Lance Windu.

Like I said though, probably not coming back as Lance Windu. 😛

Yes, I'm aware you had fun with it, and I was basically going "WHAT THE **** ARE YOU JOKING ME AHHHHH!"
