Secondly, no we don't have low standards. We think Spider-Man ruled, you think it was some apocalyptic sin of a movie. We think Elektra was absolute shit, you love it.

I think in comparison you are the one with low standards. You don't have high standards just because Spider-Man didn't appeal to you. Alpha I am done wasting my time with you on this thread and in the future.All you ever do is insult people when they dont agree with you and then claim like you are mr innocent and not insulting people.Well Im not going to play your game anymore.I DONT have a silly reason for hating that stupid movie which SHOULD have been called what I have listed under my user name.I have listed countless times why those movies are horrible movies and given many many valid reasons WHY they are terrible in the past.You want to watch a comicbook movie made mostly for kiddies,then go and watch those films then because thats who it is made for.I myself am interested in an adult comicbook film that I can watch over and over and enjoy like Elektra and SUPERMAN 1 & 2 so "I" will stick to Elektra and the first two Superman movies which were made mostly for adults. 😛 and "yes" you guys DO have low standards because all you care about is just seeing that name up on the screen,you all could care less how it betrayed the character and the comicbook.I "DO" care about quality and about hollywood screwing up a great comicbook character so I hardly have low standards such as you all do. 😛

elektra was pg13... not exactly a grown up movie...

Pr I just scanned a couple words of yours and Im not going to read the rest because alpha came over and insulted me on this thread when all I did was give my reasons why there has finally been a great comicbook film made all these years later and WHY Elektra is a great film and you sided with him patting him on the back when he insulted me.He brought his grudge he had with me about that movie from the spiderman section over here onto this Elektra thread when all I wanted to do was discuss the Elektra movie.Just read through his first post to me and you will see that .The fact that your not saying anything negative to HIM makes you in no position to be telling people how to debate like an adult.

you want to compare with daredevil? fine i will... the only reason elektra is doing better than dd ever did is one reason... ben affleck. if dd had a marginally better dd it would trounce elektra... you know why? some of the support cast were pretty decent... michael clarke duncan... the guy acted his ass off and made a decent attempt... colin farrell had a bit of personality... but garners absolute hash of the elektra character and afflecks inability to act ruined daredevil... both had poor scripts and poor direction imo... why is elektra making any profit? its a vehicle for garner... nothing more, if people actually read elektra comics (the old ones) and any pre 2000 dd comic they'd see the real elektra, not that travesty up on screen... but hey, thats just my opinion...
