I have not seen the movie yet but I am so excited about seeing it though.It looks to me like FINALLY a great comicbook film has been made.Daredevil I thought was the first good comicbook film that has been made since Dick Tracy,THIS one looks like it will be great,even better than daredevil which should have been longer.

Daredevil and the punisher were pretty good.
I actually meant to say in my previous post that Elecktra looks like the first great comicbooK movie since the days of SUPERMAN 1 & 2 and DICK TRACY. 🙂

It followed the Elektra and wolverine story line
which didnt happen after elektra was resurrected, of course it isnt important to stay in cronology, but it would've been a little more interesting than the elektra & wolverine story arc.....especially since they cant get wolverine and then having to filter the story to fit well

enjoying hug. 😄 so Elecktra Lover just wondering,I heard someone say that this movie is short,does it have about the same running time as daredevil? Man I hope not,movies with that short a running time are usually dissapointing,thats why I was happy that the daredevil special edition came out because it had added scenes to it.

Ok, I am not dis-allowing for your opinion, I am just saying that I'm sorry that you are so starved for a good comic movie that you though that that horrible movie, DD was any good at all. The best thing to come out so far from that movie is that song that Elektra works out to. I too haven't seen the movie and to be honest, i might just go ahead and wait for video.

For once we actually agree with each other Darkcrawler.Yes Daredevil was one od the better comicbook films to be made in years by hollywood but this is about Elecktra so here is my thoughts on Elecktra.Hey Elecktra Lover,I just saw the movie this past weekend and I got to say,I was right,as good as Daredevil was,this movie was even better than Daredevil.as I said,Daredevil was good but Elecktra was GREAT!!!! We agree on that. Its another comicbook movie that deserves to go up there as being a great comicbook film like the other ones I have previously mentioned.The people that have come on here and called Elecktra crap dont have a clue whatsoever what they are talking about.Jennifer Garner was terrific in this movie and gave a very strong performance.The action scenes were awesome and amazing.same with the cenematography.I mean the locations they used to shoot this film was beautiful and great locations to do it.The outdoor scenes were breath taking.
The action in it was great,non stop most the time with one great scene after another.It had a very good script and very good story built around it as well. It wasnt a 2 hour flick but if it was as short as Daredevil was- and maybe it was since it was a short film,I did not notice because I agree with Elecktra Lover,its even better than Daredevil.It was very well directed and written well as well.Great storyline.Sure there were some unbelieveable things in it such as the bird coming out of that guys body and becoming a real bird but hey!! its just a comicbook film,its not a documentary,so thats acceptable.I sure hope like crazy they make an Elecktra 2 because hollywood FINALLY after all these years,FINALLY delivered a great comicbook film.Kudos to Jennifer Garner for her amazing and believeable performance she gave and to the director who put this film together.Great flick.

The only compliment I can give Elektra is that it wasn't as bad as Catwoman, to be honest.
Luckily someone paid for me to see the movie, I was a guest. However had I paid, I would have felt so ripped off. I was gonna get a mini-poster of Jennifer Garner as Elektra coz she DOES look hot, but I figured why waste money when I'm seeing her in the movie for free.
Probably would have been more entertaining watching the poster.
It isn't as good as Daredevil by a fair bit. I'd go so far as to say that it is the worst new generation (X-Men and up) Marvel film created.
