You obviously aren't familiar with Norse myth nor with common sense.

One more thing. Perhaps you have a reading disability, but I believe by saying Hulk's strength continually increases, that's implying he is in a class all his own. Again, his strength exponentially rises the angrier he gets. Thor, however, does not tire and in several fights they have stalemated in terms of direct strength. That doesn't mean Hulk can't get angrier and angrier and ultimately become the strongest being anywhere.

I read somewhere that the Surfer does have the ability to rearrange matter but whether he's done this in comics is something else. But then again I also vaguely remember one writer interview stating the Surfer can actually create life. Don't remember where I read this though, I could've just day-dreamed it.

Right, Surfer doesn't use this power, so if he has it or not doesn't make much difference. He's not going to wave his hand and turn someone inside out. People keep using that as 'Surfer would just rearrange his matter and win.' Not going to happen. It's like saying Thor would use his Odinpower to draw the life force out of someone. He did that to Loki alone, and even then thousands of years after Loki had begun pissing him off. Ultimate powers should not be included in a fight because these are heroes, they're not going to kill one another.
