Agnostics or Atheists

I never quite felt able to relate to the New Testament ethos of not endorsing retribution... it seemed to lack satisfaction somehow.

The Scripture's finer details should probably not be analysed closely for what they are, rather than their effect.

I believe something I dont know if anyone else doesbut its too complicated and long to post here noone would read it if you really want to know i can send you info on it It has to do with humans have the powers of "GOD"........and the y have to unlock that power through concentration maditation and excersizes to increase ones self I have come up with it mostly myself although I have found things from things "NOT RELIGIONS" that I believe

If you don’t believe gods do or even CAN exist your an atheist like myself. If you’re unsure or don’t care that would be agnostics.
But if you think gods CAN exist why don’t you care? Aren’t you afraid they might punish you?

I guess I really don't care. I'm not going to let my life be run by anyone other than me. Religion blinds you from the truth. It was first a way to explain things, then it became a means of control.

The only 'religion' I would follow was that of LotR. All hail Eru!

I'm an agnostic, but I still respect Atheists.

All Atheism is is the religion of the non-believer. You atheists create a structure, a system of beliefs, even if you feel that God's or a god's existence has been proven false. It's still a belief even if its been proven. And for the record I harbor no disdainful feelings toward anybody's beliefs. I can't say you're wrong and you can't say I'm wrong.

I believe that in all existance, what we are aware and unaware of, it's more realistic to acknowledge that their might be something than to say there's nothing.

Atheism is the belief that there is no deity or the absence of a belief that there is a deity.

It's still a belief system.
