Started by darktim133 pages

I got some news on t4 on coming soon.net they talked to Arnold the Governor and asked him if he would be in terminator4 but he said no not unless they shoot entire thing in California because they are going to shoot the film in Bangladesh and they are now through with the script that Johnathan mostow likes just thought tell I hope it focuses on the future war.

Here is the article and news you mentioned,

Will Arnold Return for Terminator 4?
Source: San Francisco Chronicle
January 21, 2005

The San Francisco Chronicle sat down with Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger to talk about various issues, including whether or not he will return for Terminator 4:

The governor said he had been approached about making a brief appearance in "Terminator 4,'' but has told producers "they will never see me for one second in the movie" unless the film is made in California. It's planned to be shot in Budapest.

It was recently announced that John Brancato and Michael Ferris have completed a draft of a script that was developed under the supervision of Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines director Jonathan Mostow.

Filming was said to be starting this year.

Was 'said' to be starting....

I think "War Against the Machines" should definitely not be used. They had "the machines" in the last title, they can be more original than that. I think The Rebellion of Man, The Cede of Skynet or Victory of Mankind are the best titles.

Well, with 'Victory of Mankind', the title kinda seems to conclude the movie, I'd prefer a more open title like the other two, both of which sound good.

What about the fight for future has begun.

Thats sounds more like a good tagline,

T4 Tagline: "The Fight For The Future Has Begun."

Exactly, I agree

I think "War Of The Machines" is the best title I have heard so far.

I think War of the Machines is much too close to Rise of the Machines, since there is only a 1 word difference. Would you guys like it if it was:

Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace
Star Wars: Episode II - The Cloned Menace
Star Wars: Episode III - The Sith Menace
Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope
Star Wars: Episode V - A False Hope
Star Wars: Episode VI - A Newer Hope

?

Rebellion of Man, c'mon. War of the Machines...nah. If you're hell-bent on having something similar, change Machines and War. Battle, Campaign, Crusade, Struggle, Revolution, Combat---Cyborgs. Instead of having:

Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines
Terminator 4: War of the Machines

what about:

Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines
Terminator 4: Crusade of the Cyborgs

Just not the same 3 words. If we do that, might as well have The Terminator called "Introduction of the Machines" and T2 as "Upgrade of the Machines".

Terminator 4: Rise of the Resistance
Terminator 5: No Fate...
Terminator 6: Tomorrow Never Dies
Terminator 7: The World is Not Enough
Terminator 8: Goldmember
Terminator 9: T-101 Takes Manhattan
T-X

dont think crusade applys to machines too much.. and bond names.. nothin to say about that..

They could keep it simple, like "The Rebellion"

War of the machines however, fits, because Rise of the Machines sets up the War of the Machines.

yep, should be something like war of the machines...

Not only that, but most of all the other titles that can be thought of would make it sound more like a straight to video Sci-Fi channel flick rather than a big-budget film headed to theatres.

We'll have to agree to disagree on this subject, cause Terminator 2 being my favorite movie since I was 4, I'm 1000000000% against calling it War of the Machines.

Ill back you up on that, because it does sound too similar to "Rise of the Machines". Can't have that I reckon.

Maybe this,

T4: Reckoning or T4: The Resistance

Tagline: "The time has finally come."

😉

Haha, I like it kept simple, sounds good.

I know there are better titles out there, hopefully Hollywood will be wise enough to think of one.

T4: Mistake

haha
