Batman wins, even with his standard equipment. but it'd def be a really good fight for sure tho. Bruce would get pretty messed up no doubt. but IMO, nerve/tear gas, flashbangs, explosives >>>almost unlimited stamina. unlimited stamina dont mean shyt when u got ur ass knocked out. and id say theyre even in fighting skill, the fact that Bats has mastered 127 different fighting styles, and that Cap has proved to be one of the most dangerous h2h combatants in marvel.
id say Batman 6/10. def a good fight though. i would pay to see this fight, if it was possible of course😄

Yeah.... in a hand to hand fight maybe. And that's exactly what was happening... a h2h fight. And Batman never admitted that Captain America would outright win. He simply stated that it would take a long time and either could possibly win. They could be spending that precious time to study and prepare further. In no way was that an admission of defeat.
Batman woops caps ass into stars and stripes, im sorry folks this has been said before but i need to say this that cap reps the american dream and how the american hero should be, batman is the american reality, hes also one crazzy mofo, bats would rip cap apart hes fought people way beyond caps physical abilities and still won, caps doesnt have the brain to mess with bats, mind over muscle, and yeah bats body is close to caps, hes almost physically equal through hard training and body conditioning, cap got some super soldier serum that gave him his powers, anyways batman is a martial arts master and can take sever punishment in a fight and also endure it and return it. Bats is out of caps league with fighting styles, i like both of them, but truth is Bats would own cap in a all out brawl without much of a problem. Batmans mind is also way more intelligent and evil than caps, what bats would do to take out the JLA, caps wouldnt do to the avengers, anyways just the fact that he had ways of defeating every member of the JL mean he could have done it but Ra's Al got his hands on the methods and took em out, and im pretty sure cap doesnt have a way to take out the Avengers, bats isnt the one loosing this fight, caps goes back in a stretcher. When bats fights he knows how to take opponents in greater strength or speed out easy, hes a much smarter fighter, sorry caps you aint winnin this one. Caps would have to call the avengers and then the JLA would come and just beat the piss out of them.
I guess the winner depends on how much distance is between Captain America and Batman at the start of the fight and what Bruce attempts to take out of his utility belt when the bell rings. Once Captain America gets into melee (and trust me he will) it wont matter what Batman has in his utility belt because he wont be able to get at it. Captain America vs. Batman in melee combat basically translates to Batman concentrating a hundred percent on defence, trying to hold of a faster, stronger and equally skilled opponent (I think Cap is much better but I'll throw Batman fans a bone here and say he is equal). There will never be a break in combat long enough for Batman to utilize anything in his blet... and if he reaches for his belt during combat he leaves him self open against a superior combatant who then proceeds to steam roll him.

Even if Batman was as fast as Captain America (which he isn't) the task of parrying the blows of an opponet more then twice your strength and at the very least equal to you interms of fighting skill would be more then enough to keep him out his belt. The fact that Batman has beaten stronger opponets then Captain America himself means little as Captain America has down the same more times then I can count. Captain America is going to keep this fight in melee and there isn't a thing Batman can do about. Maybe if he had an advantage in fighint skill or was physically superior to Cap he could create a break in combat long enough to get into his belt but sadly both those advantages belong to Captain America.
To be honest I don't even like Captain America, as a Canadain I don't find him an appealing character, but short of prep time Batman doesn't have much of a chance of winning.
