lmao..! more than TWICE his strength..??? u gotta be kidding me. 🤨 so Batmans not even half as strong as wittle Cappy, even though Bats has been known to perform humanly impossible feats like kicking trees in half & knocking then down.(normal sized tree, 2-3 foot diameter) that just doesnt sound right to me. and less fighting skills..?? OMG u CANNOT be serious. Batman is at least, and ive heard this from many people, the 9th best martial artist in all of comics next to some guys that are just amazing. Cap doesnt even rank in the top 10. & hes mastered what? judo and boxing??? o0o0 big f*ckin whoop. Batmans only mastered 125 more fighting styles than him. and has taken down dozens of people h2h wise all at once. sure Cap may have the physical advantage but its not that much like ur saying. ur making it sound like its an overkill, which IMO, Batman is right on par with Caps physical prowess, if not better to be honest. its just Cappy had help from a wittle super soldier serum and Batman had to train to reach physical perfection. lol and another thing, ur making it sound like reaching in and grabbing something from his utility belts like some big accomplishment or a goal thats like impossible and will never be reached. lol hes done it when hes fighting 10 people at once, im sure he could do it against just one. and when he does, that nerve gas is going to disorient Cap so bad, he wont even know what hit him and will already be half KO'd before Batman swings with the final knockout punch to finishe em.

Ult. Cap has the same skills. He's definitely stronger. I've seen some pretty amazing speed/reaction feats of his. And I know ruthlessness doesn't always aid against skillfullness. But he fights a lot dirtier, while still retaining his skills. He's Cap 2.0.

I have most of Ult.Caps appearances his skill is lower. Stronger not by much. Speed feats are not equall Cap's are better. U.Cap's durability is more impressive.
Batman really doesn't have to get his hands soiled, A post hypnotic suggestion from Bats like "HOLD YOUR BREATH till tormmorrow" is enough. Batman is skilled in the use of hallucinogens, Jedi mind power, ultrasonics/infrasound, nerve toxins etc.
He's Certainly got plenty of practice picking up the pieces from Scarecrow, Mad Hatter and even Joker whose shtick is hypnotism & mental assault.
In physical combat, Batman prevails.
Only way Cap wins is if B' throws the fight. Here are a few examples

However in No Mans Land Talia AL Ghul reads the Riot act

First you would have to cite a issue were Bats does that to the likes of Batgirl, Shiva, or Connor in a fight. Cap has been mind controlled from powerfull beings and that has failed before. Actually he would have to do this on Slade since he's like Cap and is enhanced.
Captain America takes the majority here. Batman is his worlds greatest detective, but Captain America is his worlds greatest fighter. I know that Batman has all kinds of nasty trick in his belt, but the people Cap fights try those same kinds of tricks all the time, and Cap always seems to fight through it. Granted they may not be as skilled in the execution of those tricks as Batman, but many(such as Red Skull), are at least skilled enough that Cap ain't gonna be caught unaware by them.
You want to track down a criminal, you want Batman. But when it comes time to beat him down, as good as Batman is, Caps the better man to have. So Cap takes it one on one, but not by a large majority, I'd say about 6 or 7/10.
